Hôtels avec salle de sport à Préfecture de Nagano, Japon

C'est notre première fois à skier au Japon. Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé avec un grand accès à quelques super installations de départ. Bon assez sur le ski, l'hôtel est parfait et le personnel est merveilleux. Les aliments et les équipements sont excellents. Nous avons eu un printemps chaud privé chaque soir, vraiment ajouté au plaisir. Mon épouse et moi et ma fille de huit ans avaient beaucoup de temps pour vous pour l'expérience et toute l'hospitalité Perfect Stay. 100%!!!

L'emplacement et le personnel sympathique sont excellents. La propreté est également appréciable. Cependant, la chambre était trop petite et la climatisation aurait besoin d'être améliorée, d'autant plus qu'elle soufflait directement sur le lit. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, mais le menu n'a pas changé du tout pendant mon séjour de trois nuits et quatre jours ; je n'en ai donc presque pas mangé après le troisième jour.

L'hôtel est très décent et offre de bons services à partir du personnel de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à l'hôtel avec des installations de spa et des chambres spa, de grandes tailles et de grandes salle de bains. L'hôtel propose également des services de transport par autobus gratuits à travers et à destination de la gare de Karuizawa qui sont facilement accessibles au centre de ski (services de transport par autobus gratuits en dehors de la sortie sud de la gare de Karuizawa) et de la Plaza du Prince Shopping. (chasse de pierre à la gare Karuizawa).

Emplacement : Proche de la gare de Karuizawa (environ 15 min à pied de l'hôtel ouest) et à 10 min à pied du centre commercial. Navette de 5 min pour rejoindre le domaine skiable. Chambre : Propre et confortable. Cependant, le produit pour le bain a une odeur similaire à celle du détergent pour toilettes. Commodités : Un Family Mart est ouvert jusqu'à 23h00 dans l'hôtel ouest. Service : La réceptionniste ne parle pas bien anglais et la communication est difficile. Le personnel du vestiaire est peu aimable. Service de navette : Un service de navette est assuré dans la zone commerciale, entre les hôtels est et ouest. Cependant, les instructions étaient peu claires. Lorsque nous faisions la queue pour la navette vers la gare, le personnel de l'hôtel ne nous a pas informés de son arrivée ni de la manière de nous positionner, mais a simplement modifié l'horaire du prochain bus. Résultat : toute la file d'attente a raté la navette. Nous avons dû marcher jusqu'à la gare avec nos bagages volumineux. Parc à neige : Aucune indication claire ni signalisation pour se rendre au parc à neige depuis l'hôtel est. Le parc à neige est assez petit et convient aux jeunes enfants (moins de 7 ans). C'est ennuyeux pour un enfant de plus de 7 ans.

The staff tried their best but their English proficiency was a problem. Having to catch shuttle buses to the ski fields every day was frustrating - they were usually very crowded and infrequent (even though we travelled there out of peak season). The hotel was out of the ski boot size that one of our group needed. There was very limited (hardly any) vegetarian food available even though we had requested it before departure (some of our group were vegetarians). There were no English speaking television stations. The hotel was beautifully presented with great housecleaning and the onsen was much appreciated.

Dear Mr. Nakamura, I would like to take a moment to commend your front desk staff member, AWO, for her excellent service during our stay at Courtyard Marriott Hakuba. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently helpful and professional. In particular, she assisted us with booking a bus and later arranging a taxi, always handling our requests with efficiency and a warm attitude. Her support made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Room is good but service can be improved. First of all I’m gold member but the hotel didn’t allow me to early check in when I arrived at hotel at noon time. Secondly, they charge extra for basic amenities like shower cap. Last but not least, a brand new non-opened cup noodle of mine was missing after room cleaning…

At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

Nice and cozy hotel, the service was very good thought not excellent, and the limousine service is very convenient and friendly to use. However, the room deco was kind of outdated and show some wear and tear. It’s time for renovation.

Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel & Resort is a perfect place for great views, relaxation and luxury retreat. We stayed on the top of the resort where the view of the Asama Mountain is breathtaking. The room is spacious but cozy. The dinners were very good. We stayed two nights (half board), the two fine-dining French dinners with local ingredients we had were superb. The courses served at the dinners didn’t have any repeat. I will definitely come here again for other seasons.
