I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

Le 2e jour, nous avons été amoureux de la place, tous les personnels de toutes les sections étaient brillants. La piscine intérieure, la piscine extérieure, 2 saunas, la piscine de plongée de glace, les courts de tennis, l'orchard et la zone de jeu pour enfants. Le restaurant principal dispose d'un buffet avec environ 30 options, vous pourriez essayer un peu de tout. Enfin, je vais juste mentionner que mon partenaire a eu quelques traitements dans le spa et a dit qu'elle avait une excellente expérience.

Located opposite the station and near grocery store and other amenities. Super friendly staff. They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. No noise from the steakhouse below. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.

OK for a stay close to Gatwick Airport and within minutes walk to Horley Rail Station with connections to London and the airport. The hotel does not operate a 24h desk so late arrivals need to be arranged in advance

Le vol a été retardé et nous n'avons pas pu prendre le vol de correspondance suivant à temps. Nous avons donc réservé une nuit sur place. J'adore l'étage calme et la chambre était très confortable après 23 heures de voyage. J'adore le restaurant vietnamien, j'ai pris un délicieux repas avant de me reposer.

Very good experience, room was really nice and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was nice. I did order food at the bar for my little boy which he enjoyed. The hotel is in the perfect location if you’re travelling from north term, it’s about a minute walk from the easy jet check in desks which was so handy for a really early flight as we didn’t need to go out in the cold. If you’re flying from south there is a shuttle that takes a few minutes. The room comes with complementary breakfast but due to having to check bags in at 3.30 we just missed it. Check in/ out was simple. Can’t think of any negatives and I have actually booked the hotel again for March.

Quelle belle trouvaille ! La chambre était meilleure que ce à quoi nous nous attendions, très propre et avec un lit immense. Nous avons payé plus cher pour avoir une vue sur la rivière et nous étions si heureux de l'avoir fait car nous avions un joli balcon et pouvions ouvrir les portes-fenêtres et rester là à regarder la rivière. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable et on nous a demandé quel type d'œuf nous voulions et il était fait frais. Nous avons parlé à un membre du personnel formidable appelé Magda et elle était très amicale et polie et ferait tout pour nous. Nous reviendrons certainement.
