La position de l'hôtel est particulièrement particulière. Dans le village, il y a un dîner et un petit-déjeuner près du lac de Liu. Le dîner est un joli agréable local. Le petit-déjeuner est une nourriture traditionnelle. L'hôtel est très propre, c'est-à-dire les installations sont vieilles, les chambres publiques, la chaleur extérieure peut se déplacer à regarder l'espace étoile, et l'ensemble de notre famille vit, La situation est rare pour des raisons, la salle de bain est un peu inconvenante à l'extérieur de la maison, le service est très enthousiasmé japonais très gentil.

Overall experience only so so average……. I don’t expect such a huge hotel giant - Marriott Group has these shortfalls !
Let’s talk about the suggested improvements on facilities provided by hotel:
1) parking facilities - there is no accessible ramps or pavements for customers taking their heavy luggage from the parking areas - the only thing that we can do was to carry these luggages up the staircases to the hotel lobby from the parking area.
2) hotel entrance lay-by - it was raining heavily when I checked out today. I planned to drive my car to the hotel entrance so that my family members can jump into the car and I can load all my luggages to the trunk under the canopy of the hotel entrance. “Luckily”, the canopy is too short and has no such design and finally everybody got into the car and they were ALL WET. I have to load those luggages to the car under the rain……
3) Onsen (public bath) - nothing to say about this old, obsolete, small public bath without maintanance.
4) staff - I’d say, with the “name” of Marriott, this hotel is really under staff……

This isn’t our first stay at a Vessel Inn, and it likely won’t be the last. They’ve become a safe, reliable choice for us whenever we travel around Japan.
The room at Vessel Inn Shiga Moriyama was exactly what we expected—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the standard amenities and toiletries we’ve come to appreciate. We didn’t get a chance to use the hotel facilities this time, so can’t comment on those.
Our main concern is always the cleanliness of the bed and overall comfort, and we’re glad to say it passed with flying colors. No funky surprises, just a peaceful night’s rest.
One thing that stood out: the room size felt more spacious than what we’re used to in places like Osaka. Definitely a plus when you’ve got luggage or just want to breathe a little easier.
All in all, a solid stay that gave us what we needed—nothing fancy, but exactly right.
