Nous avons adoré l'hôtel dès notre arrivée. Tout le personnel était d'une gentillesse incroyable. On nous accueillait avec une boisson rafraîchissante. Les installations sont magnifiques et on s'y sentait comme chez soi. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était délicieux et offrait un large choix. L'espace piscine était impeccable et en excellent état. Notre fils s'y est beaucoup amusé. Les transferts vers la plage et le centre-ville étaient très efficaces. Nous avions toujours un moyen de transport à disposition. Nous choisirons désormais l'hôtel Savoy comme hôtel de prédilection à Boracay pour nos prochaines vacances.

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel cette année. J'ai décidé de rester quatre jours cette fois-ci car je voulais en savoir plus sur ce que l'hôtel avait à offrir. Tout d'abord, le processus d'enregistrement a été une expérience. La réceptionniste m'a dit qu'ils ne disposaient que de lits jumeaux au lieu du lit queen que j'avais réservé en premier lieu. Pour compenser, on m'a dit que j'avais droit à un surclassement gratuit de ma chambre, ce qui est génial. Cependant, en me rendant dans la chambre elle-même, j'ai découvert que j'étais placé dans une chambre pour personnes handicapées. J'aurais été d'accord si les douches n'étaient pas mal placées pour moi. J'ai dû aller à la réception pour demander une autre chambre. On m'a donné une chambre différente cette fois (toujours un lit jumeau). Cependant, le réceptionniste semble nonchalant à ma demande et n'a même pas reconnu que j'avais été mal placé dans une chambre pour personnes handicapées. L'autre chambre donnée n'était pas totalement propre car les draps étaient mouillés et contenaient du sable. Le sol était collant ainsi que les toilettes et dégageaient également une odeur étrange. J'ai également dû demander des pantoufles car elles ne semblent pas en fournir dans toutes les chambres. Tout le reste va bien. Les autres membres du personnel étaient gentils. J'espère simplement qu'ils remédieront à ces lacunes à l'avenir.

Super satisfait de l'hôtel ! 1. La chose la plus satisfaisante est le service de prise en charge et de dépose à l'aéroport. Nous avons réservé Hannah et Scarlet pour ce voyage, nous n'avons donc apprécié que le service de dépose à l'aéroport, même s'il était payant, c'était un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le prix est à peu près le même que celui du service de prise en charge à l'aéroport que j'ai commandé sur Taobao, mais il n'est pas du même niveau. Il possède son propre hors-bord, son propre quai et son propre salon. Il est également très confortable d'attendre à l'intérieur. comme des desserts et des boissons en libre-service. Commander en ligne est très déroutant. Vous devez également donner divers conseils pour transporter vos bagages, ce qui n'est certainement pas rentable. 2. Le type de chambre que nous avons réservé est une suite avec vue sur la mer, qui me semble la plus appropriée, située dans le bâtiment de la marine. En bas se trouve la salle du petit-déjeuner. L'ascenseur mène directement à la piscine principale et au bord de mer. Il n'y a aucun moyen de circuler, mais il faut quand même se rendre dans d'autres bâtiments pour retourner au hall. 3. La chambre est très propre, nettoyée deux fois par jour et les serviettes de bain sont changées à temps, ce qui est très important pour voyager sur l'île. 4. Prendre des photos dans l'hôtel est très photogénique, un pas à la fois Nous nous sommes promenés pendant une dizaine de minutes, nous promenons et prenons des photos, et nous avons complété un cercle d'amis. 5. La piscine privée et la plage privée sont vraiment bien. Les sièges de piscine et les serviettes sont très suffisants et la densité est très faible. La piscine principale est exposée au soleil et la température de l'eau est très chaude. Par rapport aux autres hôtels, vous pouvez le faire. aller dans l'eau. 6. L'hôtel dispose de diverses garderies, de chambres intérieures pour enfants et de jouets d'extérieur sur la plage. Des outils pour creuser le sable et des anneaux de natation sont fournis gratuitement. Il existe également des installations telles qu'une salle de sport, une bibliothèque, une boutique de souvenirs et un studio d'art, ainsi qu'une variété d'activités quotidiennes pour les enfants et les adultes. 7. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, mais le restaurant sert également principalement de la nourriture occidentale. Nous emmenons généralement du tutu au centre commercial pour le dîner. La sécurité de l'hôtel est très bonne. Chaque voiture sera soigneusement enregistrée après être descendue de la voiture, une lampe de poche sera utilisée pour vérifier la voiture. 8. Le service de chaque employé est chaleureux et attentionné, et ils sont particulièrement amicaux avec les enfants. C'est vraiment un hôtel haut de gamme et familial.

Dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été agréable. Le complexe est fortement recommandé pour un voyage en famille avec enfants. Le service était bon et les installations propres. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très bon et proposait un large choix.

I love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. However, it wasn’t really a big deal for us since we enjoyed the pool and the overall hotel experience.

Sobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord. May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra. Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊 Thank you po sa inyo. God bless sa business 😌🥰🫶

Notre séjour ici était super abordable et relaxant. L'emplacement est bon, propre, le personnel est gentil, les équipements complets, mais le wifi est faible, mais nous avons pu nous détendre beaucoup car la chambre est froide et grande, et leur petit-déjeuner est également délicieux, j'espère que le prochain. visite, ils auront une autre variante de petit-déjeuner, pas seulement du pain. C'est bon d'être de retour ici. Merci beaucoup la Carmela de Boracay jusqu'à notre retour à Boracay. Leur buffet du déjeuner est également correct car je n'ai imaginé que des pétoncles mais j'ai beaucoup aimé merci merci

Very disappointing experience at Solina. This was supposed to be a special family dinner and stay because I have recommended this place many times before. Unfortunately, this visit was the worst we’ve had. First, the food during our family dinner package was extremely disappointing. When the dishes were served, everything was already cold. The portions were also shockingly small considering the price. The Daing na Bangus, which costs ₱550 per serving, was about the size of a small saucer. The stuffed squid (₱530) was literally spoon-sized. The calamares was mostly thick flour coating with very little squid inside. For the price we paid, the quality and portion sizes were unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the service from the front desk. I called to request another laundry bag because only one plastic laundry bag was placed in the room even though there were two guests checked in. Considering Solina is a beach resort, it’s very normal for guests to have wet clothes and extra laundry. I was told that they only provide one plastic bag and that an additional one would cost ₱20. This was surprising because this is already my fourth time staying at Solina, and in previous visits we were never charged when asking for an extra laundry bag. Our clothes were very wet and simply asked if they could provide any plastic bag, but the front desk staff refused. After I ended the call, I picked up the phone again about 10 seconds later to talk to them, but it seemed they had not hung up their phone properly. I clearly heard them mocking me and saying, “Si Attorney na naman?” That was extremely rude and very unprofessional. From the reservation process, to check-in, to the food, and especially the attitude of the front desk staff , this experience was very disappointing. I used to recommend Solina to my workplace and family, which is why we even chose to hold our family gathering here. Sadly, this visit made us regret that decision. The food was bad and overpriced, and the front desk staff were rude and disrespectful behind guests’ backs. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

The staff were consistently warm, courteous, professional, and attentive to every request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team made sure that all my needs were promptly addressed. I was also impressed with the hotel amenities. The facilities were complete, functional, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, the room amenities were sufficient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and conducive for rest and work. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo provided a seamless, comfortable, and satisfying experience. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers and even leisure guests looking for quality accommodation in Iloilo. I would definitely love to stay here again.
