We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

L'app était facile à utiliser. Cependant, quand ils sont arrivés à l'hôtel, ils m'ont donné une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais réservé, ce qui est beaucoup plus simple. J'ai demandé une clarification et l'hôtel a dit qu'il n'avait pas d'informations de trip.com sur le type de chambre que j'avais été confirmé et ils ont même mentionné que le code de confirmation était incorrect. Je ne recommande pas trip.com parce qu'ils ne sont pas clairs entre ce que vous réservez et ce que vous recevez

Il a été très agréable de rester ici en raison de l'annulation du vol, mais ma femme et moi-même étaient très heureux! Ils ne fournissent pas de services de taxi à l'aéroport, mais il y a toujours des taxis disponibles pour vous emmener là-bas, le conducteur essaiera de vous débarrasser et de vous facturer 20 $ USD pour ne pas même pas un voyage de 5 minutes, mais les habitants ne payent que entre 5 $ et 10 $ USD max; Donc ne tombez pas pour ça. Mais l'hôtel était une surprise bienvenue pour ma femme & I. AUTOUR LE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! Nous n'avons pas fini de payer 90 $ pour notre petit déjeuner qui aurait pu être environ 40 dollars si nous avions prépayé. Ne vous dérangez pas d'acheter la boisson alcoolisée dans un coco, c'est trop cher et vous obtenez très peu d'alcool. Vous pouvez profiter de la coupon gratuite fournie à l'arrivée, vous obtenez un petit truc de coupon qui contient des boissons gratuites, des tirs de tequila, et passez au spa, entre autres. La chambre était assez belle, pas de luxe de haut niveau, mais le reste de l'hôtel était impressionnant et la piscine massive était magnifique.

I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

Pros: - Bonne location - De vastes chambres. - Près de Malecon. Cons : - Trop crowded - Ça fait du bruit. - Seul le réel choix pour le déjeuner est leur place de buffet - La piscine n'est pas propre - Time share - Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus amiable - Le buffet est trop occupé/crowded Le personnel de check-in a dit que le paiement n'était pas effectué et que nous devions payer pour la chambre et le buffet séparément. Après 2 heures de confusion et d'attente avec un an d'âge, il a été finalement résolu.

La chambre est très bien équipée, vous devez avoir votre propre poignée de dents et de dents, et vous devez aller à la salle d'exposition à pied plus de 10 minutes!

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

The hotel is an absolute gem—brand new and impeccably maintained! Don’t let the 1km unpaved access road intimidate you (we were at first); as you approach, the stunning building emerges like a sparkling reward at the end of the tunnel! 😀 One side offers a glimpse of the Mayan pyramid’s peak—pure magic! The other side overlooks the spacious pool and lush gardens. No matter your room’s view, you’re in for a treat. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room service is a steal—totally worth it. The pool is inviting, though the water felt just a touch chilly to me.
