IInvitéHotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

CCarrHeatherRiver Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us.
Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms.
The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free.
The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided.
We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout.
The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well.
Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great.
I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional.
We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return.
We will definitely be returning.

IInvitéL'emplacement était parfait pour mes besoins, à droite de Shields et I-35 sur la route de service. Si vous devez aller NB à I-240, prendre Shields est une excellente alternative pour revenir sur I-35, parce que le trafic dans cette zone particulière tend à gonfler. Le chef était très aimable à l'entrée et s'est enfui pour me faire voir que j'avais une chambre de haut de la rue, à ma demande. Il a été très agréable et très gentil avec le personnel que j'ai rencontré. La chambre était grande et très belle et propre, le lit était confortable avec beaucoup de pièges. La salle de bain était très propre- pas de peintures ou de désensibilisation. J'ai même été impressionné qu'il y avait de petites bouteilles de shampooing, de conditionnement, de lotion et de petits bars de soap; les derniers hôtels que j'ai séjourné ont dit qu'il était devenu trop cher pour les fournir. La seule plainte, si j'avais besoin d'un, était que le ventilateur d'échappement dans la salle de bains n'avait pas fonctionné. Tout dans mon chien et j'avais un grand séjour. Ce sera mon motel quand je dois revenir à la ville.

IInvitéIt's a good spot you should be the Ramada everything's the same The only thing is like you got to make sure they clean your room if you're still in it sometimes they skip it and that sucks but if they do skip at least you can trade out your towels and stuff and get new towels and everything it's pretty quiet The beds are comfortable the rooms are good some of them have a little bit of defects with the showers but overall in great shape the hot tub is good but the bubbles don't work which sucks that you used to The pool is small but it's cold so I like that they got breakfast in the morning biscuits and gravy and cereal and pancakes and all that goodness they are weight room they got a big giant courtyard in the middle for if you have animals it's all non-smoking but they're pretty relaxed with **** but cigarettes they're not If you ask for a wake up call you might not get to wake up call so make sure you set the alarm on the bedside table other than that yeah it's a good spot I go there a lot and it's a $50 deposit not $100 and do it with cash because if you do it with a car that takes 10 or longer days to get it back and you might have to jump through some hoops to get it like I did the first time so I learned my lesson

IInvitéLa chambre était parfaite pour nous. Nous avons demandé des pièges supplémentaires et il n'y avait aucun problème pour les obtenir. Nous étions extrêmement heureux qu'il y avait une chambre de fumée disponible! J'étais extrêmement heureux parce que je suis si fatigué de devoir aller à la maison pour fumer. Il était si gentil de pouvoir se siéger à table et se détendre pour une fois et regarder un film sur HBO ou Cinemax. La piscine était ouverte. Il est orienté par la famille. Je vois aussi qu'ils font constamment des améliorations à la propriété. Mais je suis très heureux, et j'espère qu'ils les gardent tous avec des options de fumée et @ $50. bucks Par ailleurs. Il y a un restaurant étonnant devant elle aussi. La nourriture est fantastique qu'ils ouvrent @ 6am Prairie Kitchen, je crois. Nous avons été très heureux de voir ce qui est arrivé à l'équipe de concerts.

IInvitéL'A-C était trop bruyant et perturbait le sommeil car il s'allumait et s'arrêtait régulièrement. Le plus important pour moi est une bonne nuit de sommeil. Ce n'est pas arrivé.
Tout le reste était super.
Le buffet était chaud et bon pour le petit déjeuner.
