All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

L'emplacement était dans la ville bonne location je peux acheter des besoins ur juste besoin de marcher pour quelques minutes, la chambre était grande et spacieuse ma fille pouvait jouer et courir dans la chambre, la piscine était chaude et propre et le personnel est amiable ici de nombreuses fois définiment reviendrait ☺️

One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

Great experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour 1 nuit de séjour à Legaspi City. Oun vérifier dans la réception demander 300 pesos par protocole d'hôtel Je ne sais pas pour quoi mais pas indiqué dans la réservation et nous réservons deux chambres, nous avons payé 600 cent pesos. La chambre est si propre que le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas de verrouillage sur la toilette, le bidet n'est pas fonctionnant correctement, même le chauffage.

Great stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and pretty good food.

The service was great. The room service was great. Check in was very simple. My only issue was the water in the shower did not get very hot at all.
