The service was great -staff are well trained. Only downside is that the building needs renovation including the interiors. But great job in maintaining cleanliness.

The location is very convenient to the event that we are going to participate in. Very close to our favourite korean restaurant (Seoul), and Ayala Harbour Point. The hotel facilities are good and clean, there is an infinity pool at the roof deck and fitness centre at the 4th level. As for the room, this is one of the hotels we checked in that we feel relaxed, we have 2 double size beds, balcony overlooking the city and subic sea side, spacious T&B and living space wherein we manage to do our warm-up prior to the event. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. They have a restaurant we haven't tried since we preferred to eat in Seoul Resto, opposite of the street is the Royal Duty Free where you can buy other stuff that you might need during your stay.

Hotel has a casino, staff are accommodating near restaurants, rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet ok but not great, overall good hotel except the AC was way too cold, called maintenance twice but to no avail

La réception est bonne dans l'ensemble. L'environnement est propre et confortable. Mais la chambre n'a pas de remorqueur. Il n'y a pas de déchargeur. À emprunter sur la réception. C'est une insuffisance. Mais le prix est raisonnable. L'attitude du personnel est sérieuse. Cela vaut la peine de rester à nouveau.

La 2e fois ici. C'est notre fuite rapide quand nous voulons célébrer un milestone sa nom de famille. Convenablement situé sa cœur de la ville d'Angela. Literal na staycation kasi nous n'avons pas besoin de sortir pour manger le service de la salle de meron. Kaya nous avons commandé notre nourriture sa Cactus Smokehouse et Fortune HK Seafood Resta. Plus meron pang promo na acheter 1 boisson et obtenir un gratuit sa café sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte là. Petit déjeuner buffet gratuit est décent pour le prix. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko à ce moment-là.

2nd time here. Good stay as usual. Bed was comfortable, AC was working perfectly. TV had lots of international channels and provided good and crisp reception. Friendy staff and clean room. Minor things though - the shower knob was leaking a bit.

Stayed at Capitol Hotel for a family trip, and it honestly delivered where it mattered most. Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay.

Nice and clean hotel with good staff and service. The internet on the 2nd floor of Building A is fast. The pool is okay, but not very kid-friendly since the depth starts at 5 ft and goes up to 6 ft.

Réservé cet hôtel coz J'ai assisté au Festival de musique Aurora 2026 pour voir SB19. L'hôtel est très proche de la place. Le personnel est hébergé. La chambre est propre. La chambre est entièrement équipée comme un appartement de service. Avec four, grand réf et micro-ondes. La chambre dispose également d'une machine à laver. Si vous ne voulez pas cuisiner, ils ont un café, un magasin de convenance, un restaurant japonais qui sert de délicieux aliments. Mon séjour pour le festival était confortable en raison de cet hôtel.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Le restaurant a été très terrible. J'ai acheté un paquet de naissance qui n'était pas établi, même si j'ai passé des jours à discuter par courriel avec le personnel de l'hôtel (3 personnes m'ont en fait envoyé un courriel pour élaborer les arrangements). Le personnel de l'hôtel, quand vous avez appelé de la chambre n'a jamais été pris, dans la chambre à manger n'a pas été pris. J'ai acheté une chambre qui avait 3 petits-déjeuners par jour inclus. Lorsqu'ils ont vérifié que j'avais seulement 2. Je leur ai montré la confirmation sur l'application Trip. Le gestionnaire a continué à argumenter/sémblait annoncé et m'a dit de m'adresser plus tard parce qu'il était tard. Je n'ai pas choisi de le ignorer parce qu'ils avaient déjà détruit le paquet de naissance et que je me suis ennuyé, mais c'est juste le niveau d'organisation et de gestion de cet hôtel. Globalement, ce lieu nécessite une révision de la gestion parce qu'il n'est pas très organisé ni semble leur préoccuper des petites choses comme le bienvenu et la joie.
