IInvitéNuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas.
La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

IInvitéThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

NNadine D.Très bel hôtel. La réception s'est arrangée pour obtenir ma chambre avant 15 heures. Le personnel était super serviable et très sympathique. Tout le monde parle anglais. Lit confortable. Les hamburgers au bar étaient délicieux et le petit déjeuner était super. Proche des commerces, supermarché, station-service et café, ce qui en fait un emplacement privilégié pour ma première fois à Ponta Delgada. Ce n'était qu'une escale mais j'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps.

IInvitéIm afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

IInvitéThe first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

IInvitéI WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

IitravelrussiaDid not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry
