I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Excellent hôtel dans l'ensemble. Très bien situé et personnel sympathique et superbe terrain / vue. L'expérience pourrait être considérablement améliorée avec seulement deux petits changements : 1. Service au bord de la piscine - dans l'état actuel des choses, vous devez vous procurer votre propre nourriture et vos boissons. Ajouter une application ou un système d'appel serait génial. Un serveur/serveuse de piscine serait incroyable. 2. De meilleurs matelas. Ils se sentaient assez durs, comme un matelas économique qui ne convient pas à un bel hôtel.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Amusez-vous bien, vous avez été très agréable. Prenez nos repas dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. Aimez la nourriture. Très belle service et agréable atmosphère. Vous resterez certainement ici.

Great hotel for slow and relaxing visit to the island. It is a bit out of the way and you need a car. But if you are not in a hurry, this is a perfect hotel. It’s right on the hiking trail and only 20 mins to the airport. It’s also only a few minute drive to the highway to get around the island for sightseeing.

”Revela uma total falta de sensibilidade a recusa em servir o pequeno-almoço meia hora antes do habitual a um hóspede que tinha de partir para o voo de regresso. A falta de esforço para disponibilizar, sequer, uma simples peça de fruta é algo verdadeiramente incompreensível.”

É um hotel excelente, super bem localizado, porém evitem o quarto numero 162. Na minha experiencia não gostei, o ar condicionado não funcionava bem, sem vista nenhuma da varanda e estava por cima da cozinha e por trás de um restaurante (fumos e cheiros) o que não me convinha nada deixar roupa na varanda a secar durante a noite. De resto, foi mesmo tudo 5 Estrelas *****. O Pequeno Almoço foi muito bom porém acho que conseguem fazer melhor.

Hotel muito bonito, localização excelente a poucos minutos a pé da Praia do Porto Pim e vista privilegiada para o nascer do sol na sala do pequeno-almoço. Equipamentos no ginásio de alta qualidade. Quarto super confortável e quentinho, mesmo sem aquecimento, e super silencioso durante a noite!

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

Une très bonne expérience de séjour. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes et méritent la note quatre étoiles. Il faut quelques minutes à pied pour rejoindre la vieille ville, mais c'est dans une plage très pratique, et il est très pratique de se garer car vous n'avez pas besoin de conduire dans la vieille ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, avec beaucoup de bons choix de pain mais pas de vraie viande.
