I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

J'avais réservé cet hôtel parce que près du centre et équipé d'un spa avec sauna. Le spa était en entretien depuis des jours (ils ont dit). Très cher le repas dans la chambre et le petit-déjeuner (environ €20), que j'ai découvert non inclus dans le séjour. Je n'ai jamais mangé à l'hôtel. Le personnel aimable et disposé à fournir toutes les indications nécessaires pour le séjour. La situation de cet hôtel est assez centrale. La chambre est silencieuse et le lit confortable... j'ai dormi très bien.

Excellent hôtel avec un personnel accueillant. Lits très confortables et petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Le personnel était très chaleureux et offrait de nombreuses boissons gratuites ainsi que du kuymak, plat traditionnel de Trabzon. Le seul bémol était l'éclairage tamisé de la chambre, mais j'imagine que c'était pour favoriser le calme.

Otele ilk geldiğimde rezervasyonumuzun görünmediğini söylediler ve resepsiyondaki arkadaş acentelerde takılmış olabileceğini belirtti,acentelerle iletişime geçerek rezervasyonumuzu buldu,ilgi alaka en üst düzeyde,otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyoruz,temizlik,odaların genişliği çok iyi,açık büfe kahvaltı çok geniş seçenekleri barındırıyor,burada tekrar kalmak isteriz

كل شئ تمام ماعدا العزل في السقف ضعيف يعني الغرفه الي كنت فيها اذا فتح الماء في الحمام اكرمكم الله الذي في الطابق الاعلى منه يزعجني هذي الملاحظة الوحيدة

Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel offre une vue magnifique et un emplacement paisible. Même les chambres donnant sur la forêt sont très confortables et garantissent des nuits reposantes. Le personnel, exceptionnellement aimable et serviable, mérite une mention spéciale. Il faut un petit temps d'adaptation pour s'habituer à l'emplacement, car l'hôtel est situé à flanc de colline et se trouve à environ 10 minutes en taxi du centre-ville. Cependant, c'est un très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble, et je le recommande sans hésiter.

الفندق موقعه مميز، اخذت جناح وكان مريح ونظيف داخل الغرف لكن في الممر في الطابق الخامس فيه رائحة كريها واعتقد بسبب الفرشات. وأيضاً العزل بالغرف ضعيف تسمع صوت الغرف اللي جنبك وصوت الممرات. بشكل عام جيد

الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها
