Le terrain de la chambre était sale et ne s'évacuait pas. Aucune paste dentaire ou pantalon n'avait été fournie, et le restaurant était fermé, donc j'ai dû aller manger à chaque fois. J'attendais beaucoup mieux.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

La chambre d'hôtel a été très confortable et a été très confortable. Malheureusement, je ne pouvais pas dormir bien parce que le système centralisé de climatisation m'a fait suer toute la nuit. La chambre était si chaude! Le personnel était utile et poli. Le petit déjeuner a offert de nombreuses options de nourriture. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant. Le personnel était ami et utile et la nourriture était moyenne.

Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

The staffs were very friendly and kind, the hotel was located in a beautiful calm place The breakfast was poor and very limited choices Hotel restaurant’s food was very poor, the hotel was old not renewed for many years The only strength of that hotel was good and friendly staffs I travelled for business propse
