Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The only issue I had was that the airport shuttle pick up was not great. We waited 40 plus minutes and no shuttle arrived. Finally, a different hotel chain took us after pity.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system.

Le fils est rentré chez lui et a pris l'avion d'Atlanta à Amsterdam et devait passer la nuit à Atlanta. À 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, cette famille a été confrontée à des émeutes contre la discrimination raciale aux États-Unis et à des couvre-feux dans toute la ville. Le bus entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport s'est également arrêté, le restaurant n'était pas ouvert, même pas le petit déjeuner ! Il y a un tube à café qui vend des sandwichs ou quelque chose du genre. Heureusement, juste une nuit, remplissez à peine votre estomac, dépêchez-vous et partez !

J'ai apprécié mon séjour. Mme Bridget était formidable, elle m'a accueillie tôt. La nourriture était excellente au déjeuner et au dîner. Brittany, au bar, était très sympathique et le service rapide, elle a contribué à rendre mon anniversaire mémorable. Merci à toutes les deux.

Très bon, Mlle Liu Tai a une forte capacité d'affaires enthousiaste et l'hôtel est très calme, mais je sens que la télévision de la chambre à côté du fleuve principal ne peut pas laisser le film à la salle de vision.

Free shuttle from/to airport every 30 min.
But staff didn’t count passengers to airport in early morning which should be peak time. I planned to take 5:30am one but didn’t get in due to bus full. I was told another bus will come in 10-15min. But it only came 6am. Staff explained it took time to get a bigger bus and finally all 6am group got in. Lucky that I still had enough time for domestic flight check-in

This is a very cozy and comfortable hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay here. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location — it’s very close to the main historic areas, so you can easily explore Savannah on foot.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, which is a great bonus after a long day of walking around the city. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Valet parking is available and it is paid, around $40–50 per night, which is quite typical for this area. However, I personally managed to find free street parking nearby, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, a great hotel with a warm atmosphere, good facilities, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

Plus de mille hôtels de nuit, si vous pouviez manger un petit déjeuner très riche en Chine, mais ici, vous pouvez manger le même petit déjeuner simple pendant sept jours consécutifs, un peu intolérable.

IInvitéLe directeur général de l'hôtel peut aussi être, si vous êtes un vol international pour vous-même prendre un taxi, ne pas prendre un bus à l'hôtel est dans le bâtiment de transport de voyageurs. Bien que vous puissiez également prendre un vol et vérifier ensuite le petit train de retour au bâtiment de transport de voyageurs international. Mais les vols nationaux sont trop nombreux et sont faciles à retarder. Si vous êtes dans l'hôtel, vous devez prendre votre bus au moins trois heures avant.

IInvitéThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Il y a une navette 24h/24 à l'aéroport P4, qui part toutes les demi-heures, ce qui est très pratique.
Prenez le skytrain depuis l'aéroport P4 jusqu'à la gare de l'aéroport de New Jersey. Le train urbain coûte 15,75 $ US et prend environ 40 minutes jusqu'à la gare de Pennsylvanie.
L'hôtel est propre et calme, mais le chauffage est bruyant
Il y a un point de vente à proximité, près du sud de l'aéroport. Il faut prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre.
Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est moyen, avec peu de choix comme des fruits en conserve, etc.
