The room and amenities were clean and comfortable! Unfortunately, the location is not great. There is literally nothing to do nor any good restaurants to eat at, which forces you to have to take the bus which only came every 30mins? Very inconvenient. Maybe during the summer/spring, it would be a nice spot to escape from civilization and just walk along the shore. Bring your own car or prepare to do nothing in the area 🥲

Nice place. Good location A little bit complicated to contact for extra amenities. Take time if you want extra towels, for example, communication by the website -there is no phone or front desk like a hotel. Besides this, it's a very nice place

Check in was easy. Owner was very kind. Everything needed was provided. For the price, it was a good place to stay. The walls weren’t the thickest so you could hear other people but nothing too bad. Attractions could be reached really conveniently by foot or bus.

We had an assigned room which was really very nice and big. The shower was absolutely nice and the staff friendly. Parking is available around the corner within the bulding. And even if the checkin is quite late, we arrived 2h earlier and the allowed us to checkin without any additional fee, which was very nice. Everything was easy and we definitely would come back.

오래된 느낌이라 깔끔한거 바라고 가시긴 좀 그렇고 하루 바베큐하고 가볍게 놀기엔 좋아요! 한여름에 바베큐하긴 너무 덥긴해요ㅠㅠ산안쪽은 아니라서 더워요.수영장은 많이 작아서 따로 사용은 안했어요

Je suis resté ici à Urbanstay, à Dongtan, pendant deux mois, en attendant de passer dans un appartement. Il est difficile de faire un bilan, car il n'y a pas de contrôle sur le bureau.  Le lit était confortable, il y a un combo lave-vaisselle/sèche-cheveux qui fonctionne bien. Un grand réfrigérateur et une micro-ondes et un cuisinier, bien que le signe sur le mur indique que la cuisson de viande ou de poisson est interdite. Il y a une télévision mais seulement quelques canaux avec langue anglaise. Aucun Netflix ou d'autres chaînes de film.   Il y a des produits personnels, du shampooing, du conditionnement et du lavage des corps dans la douche et du savon à main et du lavage facial à la baignoire.  La température de la chambre est fixée par l'hôtel et ne peut pas être modifiée.   Il y a aussi un petit magasin de confort au niveau inférieur, ainsi qu'un bariste robotique.    Le lobby principal comprend un magasin de confort CU avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin sur votre voyage.

Très conforme aux attentes, même au-delà des attentes, j'ai rencontré le propriétaire de l'immeuble, j'ai eu la chance de visiter l'adresse jazz du sous-sol fermé par l'épidémie, super cool espace ~
