We have a 1 night stay at Midgard Camp during our 9 days road trip in Iceland. It is our 2nd stop hotel of our trip. Though the room are not big, but it is comfortable, good and cosy enough for all. The family rooms comes with 1 double bed plus 1 bunk bed enough for all 4 of us. The whole place is very vibrant, friendly staff, nicely decorated and energetic yet peaceful and quiet for individual enjoyment. The whole place is very well maintained and It is very clean even the common toilet as I bathe there to avoid waiting for our private toilet to save some time. The common kitchen is for all guests and is well equipped. We cooked our hot meal as well as breakfast there. We can also enjoy the complementary coffee/tea from the hotel paid breakfast. Overall, We enjoy our stay there even though it is just 1 night. The location is easily found with the GPS, you wouldn't miss it. Highly recommended this place. Also, really appreciate the friendly staff giving us a round tour of the place explaining where are the common toilet, hot bathe tub, dryer for our swim wear should we use the hot bathe tub and sauna. This is indeed exceed our expectation actually. 10/10!

L'auberge est située à environ 35 minutes de Vik et est au milieu d'autres maisons de vacances par le propriétaire. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pouvez voir aussi les lumières du nord!

This is the cleanest and nicest hostel I have ever been. The place is new. The toilets super clean and the facilities are great

Bien que son emplacement soit un peu difficile à trouver, l'hôtel était propre et les installations et le service étaient très satisfaisants. La cascade est toute proche et, comme le parking touristique pour la visiter est payant, pouvoir s'y rendre directement depuis l'hôtel est un atout considérable !

I'm very pleasant with the hotel. You need to drive in order to come to this place. The rooms are clean with very decent space. Nice mountain view too. Will recommend for sure.
