高温持續，來長白山避暑，入住雲水瀾庭酒店。辦理入住時，董經理知道我們是兩位70多歲長者，為我們提供了最暖心的服務。不厭其煩地告訴周邊環境，注意事項，晚上活動地點，為我們送來當地時令水果藍莓。家的感覺，兒女繞膝的温暖。旅遊季節，酒店客人爆滿，衞生餐飲依舊到位，來長白山幾天，體驗最好的一家住處。董經理，優秀的管理者，帶出一隊優秀的服務人。

Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel bed is spacious 1.3M and comfortable enough for one adults and one children. The breakfast selection is wide, the hotel staff very helpful to arrange transport to the nearby restaurant. Just the hotel has some distance to the main ski resort. Ski facility and onsen facility has to take a connecting small bus which can be very crowded and need to stand.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Ma famille a passé un merveilleux séjour ici. L'hôtel nous offre un service de qualité supérieure, en particulier pour nos enfants, leur service de majordome est également exceptionnel, ce qui nous a permis de passer un voyage sans problème, même en cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques à cause de la fermeture du parc, ils proposent toujours de nombreuses activités. pour que nous puissions garder nos enfants heureux tout le temps. La source chaude ici offre beaucoup de choix, bon pour les petits et les adultes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et le recommandons vraiment à tous ceux qui pourraient être intéressés à visiter la montagne Changbai. . L'hôtel Beipo à Weier offre un accès VIP à la montagne Changbai Tianchi, ce qui permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Le service de majordome est excellent et très bien pour les enfants. Les deux enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le paradis des enfants intérieur et extérieur, le joli paradis des animaux de compagnie, la piscine thermale intégrée et l'aire de jeux aquatiques pour enfants occuperont complètement les enfants lorsqu'ils ne pourront pas se rendre sur le site pittoresque.

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

L'hôtel de printemps chaud de Chang Bai Shan est un excellent hôtel et je recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite visiter ! L'hôtel dispose d'une « rue marchante » avec une grande sélection de boutiques à quelques pas de l'hôtel, avec un magasin de produits, quelques restaurants et un magasin de cadeaux.

Tout d'abord, je tiens à remercier l'hôtel de m'avoir surclassé dans une chambre avec deux chambres et un salon pendant la basse saison. Le service du personnel était également excellent, ce qui explique en grande partie ma bonne note. Voici maintenant un avis objectif sur l'hôtel : Chambres : Décorées dans un style japonais, lumineuses et simples, avec une cheminée. Les deux balcons offrent une vue imprenable sur les pentes des montagnes au loin. C'était un atout majeur pour tout le voyage. Équipements : Le minibar était bien approvisionné et il y avait des sèche-cheveux Dyson. Bien que le chauffage soit éteint en fin de saison, les radiateurs étaient nombreux et la literie très confortable. Forfait ski : Le prix d'un peu plus de 2 000 yuans comprend deux forfaits de ski journaliers, des raquettes et des skis, pour une valeur totale de plus de 1 300 yuans. Un couloir dédié au deuxième étage mène au domaine skiable, et l'hôtel dispose de ses propres casiers VIP au sein de la station. Les skis fournis étaient de la marque Burton, ce qui était excellent. Casques, gants, lunettes et masques ne sont pas inclus dans le forfait ; vous devrez apporter les vôtres ou les payer séparément. Service : La réception était excellente. Malgré la fermeture imminente et le nombre limité de personnel, ils ont été très réactifs à toutes les demandes de chambres, et le personnel a travaillé très dur. Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner était à 100 % de réduction. C'était exclusivement japonais : ramen, soupe miso, sashimi, et bien plus encore. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels avec spa à Hokkaido, et celui-ci était exceptionnel ! Interlude : J'ai fait part de mes inquiétudes concernant la qualité de l'eau de ma chambre, et la réponse initiale, non officielle, du personnel n'a fait qu'accroître mes inquiétudes, ce qui m'a fait passer une nuit agitée. Heureusement, l'hôtel a remonté le problème et le directeur a répondu positivement, affirmant qu'il offrirait une compensation la saison prochaine. Le plus touchant, c'est qu'ils ont attendu mon retour des pistes pour régler la note et m'ont immédiatement contacté pour discuter de la situation. Avec un personnel comme celui-ci, tout est possible. J'espère que ce n'est pas parce que je suis un Diamant Noir que ce n'est pas le cas. Je ne détaillerai donc pas toute l'expérience. J'espère que l'hôtel accordera une attention particulière à l'importance des infrastructures et offrira un meilleur service à ses clients la saison prochaine. Dans l'ensemble, malgré cet incident, je donne toujours une excellente note à Baiwanshi. J'espère que les sources chaudes seront ouvertes lors de ma prochaine visite.
