On dit que c'est la meilleure famille dans le milieu du champ de neige. Il y a quelques prix de café-bar pendant l'automne, mais dans la mesure où il est acceptable. Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.

On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾

Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring.
This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary:

At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household.
The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money.
The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests.

They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so.

🌟 The customer service truly stood out, especially for travelers like us without a local Chinese number. We were assigned a dedicated Private Guest Representative (PIC), Mr. Kwan, who made everything effortless. He was wonderful with children, spoke good English, and ensured that all our needs were met. Whenever we wanted to join an activity, we simply informed him, and he promptly sent us the QR codes. Communication through WeChat was smooth, and his replies were always quick—even on his day off. That level of dedication is top service!
🎿 Ski passes are flexible and can be used on non-consecutive days. For example, you can start from your arrival or departure day, or take a rest day in between. Each pass includes one night-time use, which can also be applied the following day.
💡 A few small improvements could make the stay even better:
• Adding towels and a floor towel in the first shower room of the Twin Suite would make it easier to use.
• Providing a few basic kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, and cutlery would allow guests to prepare simple meals.
• Rooms can feel a little too warm, though this is easily adjusted since each room has its own temperature controls.
