I really enjoy my experience here! 🌻 My room was neat, elegant and very comfortable. The Hot spring was clean, spacious and colorful! I could find dry towels everywhere. And also nice people very open to help. Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center — where “eco-exchange” really means exchanging knee joints for enlightenment 🐕🦺❄️ This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream: ✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance ✔️ Hot springs inside the compound ✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers. 酒店滑雪套餐真的是性價比很高了，酒店環境也不錯，雖然是距離雪場遠了點，但是有接駁車拉也還好，基本上不用怎麼等，滑雪的雪道很多人流適中，雪具大廳總有工作人員時刻來幫忙，滑雪體驗非常好。 酒店房間基本設施都齊全，暖氣很足很熱，就是特別特別幹。早餐飯菜味道都不錯，價格也不貴，送的温泉票也挺好，滑完雪去泡個澡很舒服。 就是服務需要提升。接送高鐵站的大巴班次不算多，然後時間地點還不準，説是下午3點發的車，問酒店人員是不是準時也不確定，走過去看到大巴來了，拖着箱子跑過去大巴一秒都不帶等的就跑了，這個確實是讓人挺無語的。

Les équipements sont complets, les installations de la chambre ou les besoins quotidiens sont pris en considération avec précaution et sont très pratiquement utilisés. La position de l'hôtel est confortable et économe en temps de voyage. Plus important, le service est attentif, l'attitude du personnel est amical et la réponse rapide, et les gens se sentent très bien. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un hôtel recommandé et la prochaine fois, il sera encore choisi.

Le service de majordome de Chen Yuanyuan est excellent. Dès mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai pris l'initiative de vous saluer, de vous enregistrer, de m'emmener dans la chambre et de vous offrir des cadeaux attentionnés. J'ai également répondu à toutes les questions sur les voyages et j'ai été sincère et enthousiaste ! Même si les installations de l'hôtel sont un peu vétustes, elles sont dans l'ensemble très bonnes ! Notre voyage familial à Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan a été excellent pour la première fois, surtout nous avons reçu l'assistance de Mme Winterme avant nos dates de voyage pour des informations utiles. Le Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan est un lieu idéal pour vous rendre à The Town Ski Center facilement dans 5 minutes. Nous avons été mis à niveau à la chambre 581 où la vue sur Wanda International Ski Resort peut être facilement vue à partir de cette chambre. Nous reviendrons certainement à Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan pour skier à Wanda International Ski Resort à la fin de l'année 2026. Je voudrais encore remercier Mme Winterme pour son excellente assistance pendant nos 5 nuits à Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan. :)

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

Good location in up and coming new development suburb, away from the city crowd. Public bus#2 ply outside hotel is a plus factor. Walking distance to the numerous food outlets ( especially Korean). Hotel travel desk staff helpful in mountain trip bookings. Hot breakfast food is palatable. Must try the package of Hot Spring pool after the mountain day exploration. Spacious room/apartment and support staff from counter to butler service is commendable.

Homm Changchun Beihu est le plus beau hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné dans avec un service de première classe et une hospitalité de véritable classe mondiale. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Ils ont patiemment allé au-dessus et au-delà pour me faire sentir confortable, bienvenue et à la maison. L'hôtel est tout à fait incroyable, moderne et soigneusement entretenu. Pour tout voyageur international qui visite Changchun, c'est le lieu parfait de séjour. Commentaires sur l'hôtel Changchun Beihu L'hôtel Changchun North Lake Liey est l'un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai jamais vécus et possède vraiment le meilleur service de l'excellence et de l'internationalisation. Je voudrais remercier en particulier le personnel de la réception, de la salle de sport et des quartiers chauds. Bien que je ne parle pas chinois, ils sont toujours très patient, enthousiaste, amical et me font sentir comme un accueil. Leurs attitudes et services reflètent l'internationalisation de l'hôtel et l'amitié des clients étrangers. L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, la chambre est confortable et les installations sont complètes. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont avancés, les chambres chaudes et propres sont relaxées, tous les détails sont très hauts et soigneus. Pour les voyageurs étrangers qui viennent à Changchun, voici la meilleure option. Très aimable pour les étrangers, le service de première classe et mérite de être fortement recommandé. Je vais me réinstaller encore! 👀

Everything perfect apart from the location! I visited here with my family, and enjoyed ourselves with lots of things to have fun. Gentle staff with smile, clean facilities, nice breakfast, and indoor even outdoor spa!! But I don't understand some guys were smoking in the indoor pool right in front of their kids. By the way, good experience!
