J'ai vraiment aimé ma expérience ici! 🌻 La chambre était confortable et confortable. Le printemps chaud était propre, spacieux et coloré ! Je pourrais trouver des serviettes secs partout. L'hôtel a eu la gentillesse de me surclasser dans une chambre plus spacieuse en raison de la basse saison. L'établissement est propre et le personnel accueillant. La chambre dispose de nombreuses prises, y compris des ports USB. La salle de bain est grande et la pression de l'eau est bonne. Le service de blanchisserie est gratuit. Le petit-déjeuner est bon. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, près d'un arrêt de bus. Le prix d'une course en taxi depuis/vers la gare de Changbaishan est de 18 RMB par trajet. Un grand merci à Mlle 吕 qui m'a aidée pour la réservation, la modification et le remboursement de mes billets d'entrée aux attractions. Je serais ravie de revenir.

Le double Tree Hilton est un hôtel incroyable avec service professionnel à partir des personnels du sol. Breakfast buffet et dîner au ”LUSH” TUDIE-DIA. La biscuite de signature double est toujours notre préférée et merci pour le Valcano gratuit et pour le retour et le départ gratuits aux activités de ski. Restera certainement ici pour nos prochaines visites

Hotel provided a fantastic experience. The hotel's strengths are its cleanliness, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!

Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

L'hôtel de printemps chaud de Chang Bai Shan est un excellent hôtel et je recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite visiter ! Notre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. Whenever we wanted to join an activity, we simply informed him, and he promptly sent us the QR codes. Communication through WeChat was smooth, and his replies were always quick—even on his day off. That level of dedication is top service! 🎿 Ski passes are flexible and can be used on non-consecutive days. For example, you can start from your arrival or departure day, or take a rest day in between. Each pass includes one night-time use, which can also be applied the following day. 💡 A few small improvements could make the stay even better: • Adding towels and a floor towel in the first shower room of the Twin Suite would make it easier to use. • Providing a few basic kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, and cutlery would allow guests to prepare simple meals. • Rooms can feel a little too warm, though this is easily adjusted since each room has its own temperature controls.
