Location is ok as it is near the night market and many food outlets around. They upgrade our rooms with 2 double bed that are very big with basic fittings. If the room can be fitted with a dining table, the sofa will be perfect. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. A few hot spring tubs are at the roof, but doubt the tubs are filled up with hot water only. No water inflow and outflow are seen that hygiene is concerned. Overall, it is a good stay if you forget the hot spring facility.

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

The Hotel is very new and everything spotless clean. The location is a bit at the outskirts (but thatfor extremely quiet and peaceful) and the rooms are in small houses (traditional chinese style) spread out in a park-like surrounding. To go to the main house (breakfast) is a lovely walk or a short drive with a small red bus, which you easily can call anytime. The amenities are lovely, just the shower a bit weak. But beneath the very beautiful and spacious rooms and high quality breakfast I want to point out the wonderful staff, mainly Amber and Angel, but also the rest of the staff, who are very friendly, helpful and doing everything, to make the stay a very pleasant experience, which we will love to repeat. Thanks a lot for this beautiful experience!

Conveniently located and the hotel provides free transfer to and from train station and also to and from the Changbaishan north entrance which are very useful. It is located at the main street in Erdaobaihe and can easily walk to the attractions. Room is very clean. Hotel owner is friendly, helpful and responsive. He responds to messages promptly and punctual in picking up. Highly recommend to stay here

L'hôtel Beipo à Weier offre un accès VIP à la montagne Changbai Tianchi, ce qui permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Le service de majordome est excellent et très bien pour les enfants. Les deux enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le paradis des enfants intérieur et extérieur, le joli paradis des animaux de compagnie, la piscine thermale intégrée et l'aire de jeux aquatiques pour enfants occuperont complètement les enfants lorsqu'ils ne pourront pas se rendre sur le site pittoresque.

From Late-Night Arrival to Instant Support
Arriving on the late Spring Airlines 9C7751 flight at 21:21, we were weary travelers. Xiao Xie, on his night shift, welcomed us with calm efficiency. He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear.
The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention
What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions:
1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding.
2. Power Bank Rescue: Realizing we needed a portable charger, he seamlessly assisted with the rental process, ensuring we stayed connected.
3. Hot Springs Ticket Resolution: When there was a minor glitch redeeming our included Hanna Hot Springs tickets, he took personal ownership. He didn't just make a call; he followed through until the issue was resolved and we gained entry, preserving our evening of relaxation.
4. Local Guide: Beyond the resort, he offered fantastic recommendations for local eateries, leading us to some of our best meals during the trip.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

IInvitéI had a very pleasant stay at this impressive hotel in Chang Bai Shan. The property is huge and well designed, comprising three towers, yet it remains well organised and easy to navigate.
The location is extremely convenient, especially for visiting the West Entrance of Tian Chi. A big plus is the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which provides pick-up and drop-off to the main attractions, making sightseeing very hassle-free, especially in colder weather. Arrangements have to be made at front desk in advance.
The food was another highlight. The Korean cuisine at the food hall was absolutely delicious and well prepared. After a day of exploring, the hot springs were fantastic—clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind.
What truly stood out was the hotel staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make guests feel at home and well assisted throughout the stay. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent facilities, great food, convenient transport, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chang Bai Shan, especially those planning to explore Tian Chi. One thing to note is that during winter, the aircon only blows warm air. You have to open window to allow for cold air in.

Tout d'abord, la chambre est très large, la disposition est raisonnable et le logement est très confortable. Les installations sont également complètes et satisfont entièrement à toutes les exigences de mon voyage. La chambre et la zone publique sont très propres, l'environnement est calme et le sentiment de relaxation est très calme.
Le plus impressionnant est le chef de l'hôtel Xiao Xiao. En tant que premier invité à jouer à Changbai Mountain, j'ai beaucoup de endroits inconnus. Xiao Xiao Xiao me sont très patientes à répondre, et aussi à planifier mes voyages, à recommander les attractions et les plats de cuisine, et je suis moins allé sur de nombreuses routes. Son attitude de service est particulièrement bonne, soigneusement attentive et chaude.
D'une manière générale, l'hôtel Changbai Songoli se déroule très bien, qu'il s'agisse de sa chambre, de ses installations ou de ses services. C'est une excellente option pour venir à Changbai Mountain. La prochaine fois, je choisirai de vivre ici et je recommanderai à mes amis.

Iiron rabbitTout d'abord, je tiens à remercier l'hôtel de m'avoir surclassé dans une chambre avec deux chambres et un salon pendant la basse saison. Le service du personnel était également excellent, ce qui explique en grande partie ma bonne note. Voici maintenant un avis objectif sur l'hôtel :
Chambres : Décorées dans un style japonais, lumineuses et simples, avec une cheminée. Les deux balcons offrent une vue imprenable sur les pentes des montagnes au loin. C'était un atout majeur pour tout le voyage.
Équipements : Le minibar était bien approvisionné et il y avait des sèche-cheveux Dyson. Bien que le chauffage soit éteint en fin de saison, les radiateurs étaient nombreux et la literie très confortable.
Forfait ski : Le prix d'un peu plus de 2 000 yuans comprend deux forfaits de ski journaliers, des raquettes et des skis, pour une valeur totale de plus de 1 300 yuans. Un couloir dédié au deuxième étage mène au domaine skiable, et l'hôtel dispose de ses propres casiers VIP au sein de la station. Les skis fournis étaient de la marque Burton, ce qui était excellent. Casques, gants, lunettes et masques ne sont pas inclus dans le forfait ; vous devrez apporter les vôtres ou les payer séparément.
Service : La réception était excellente. Malgré la fermeture imminente et le nombre limité de personnel, ils ont été très réactifs à toutes les demandes de chambres, et le personnel a travaillé très dur.
Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner était à 100 % de réduction. C'était exclusivement japonais : ramen, soupe miso, sashimi, et bien plus encore. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels avec spa à Hokkaido, et celui-ci était exceptionnel !
Interlude : J'ai fait part de mes inquiétudes concernant la qualité de l'eau de ma chambre, et la réponse initiale, non officielle, du personnel n'a fait qu'accroître mes inquiétudes, ce qui m'a fait passer une nuit agitée. Heureusement, l'hôtel a remonté le problème et le directeur a répondu positivement, affirmant qu'il offrirait une compensation la saison prochaine. Le plus touchant, c'est qu'ils ont attendu mon retour des pistes pour régler la note et m'ont immédiatement contacté pour discuter de la situation. Avec un personnel comme celui-ci, tout est possible. J'espère que ce n'est pas parce que je suis un Diamant Noir que ce n'est pas le cas. Je ne détaillerai donc pas toute l'expérience. J'espère que l'hôtel accordera une attention particulière à l'importance des infrastructures et offrira un meilleur service à ses clients la saison prochaine.
Dans l'ensemble, malgré cet incident, je donne toujours une excellente note à Baiwanshi. J'espère que les sources chaudes seront ouvertes lors de ma prochaine visite.

when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed.
i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us.
