Hotel Eliseo Terme

It’s a pleasure to visit this place, an excellent family hotel, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, a wonderful medical center and swimming pools, friendly staff, I especially want to mention Doina, always friendly, professional in her field! We come back here again and again!

A very bad start of our 4 night stay. They advertise 2 type of rooms that Can accomodate a family. We meticulously check their website and went for a Deluxe room not as it has modern bathroom. At our arrival We were given a Comfort room with an old fashion bathroom that We definitely do not recall booking or choose. As customer I expect rooms to reflect the pictures advertised On their website. They Did not want to switch us to another room claiming what We got is nice and is the only type of room that Can accomodate a family. Meaning They dont have deluxe room only Comfort old-fashion one. So just update your website not falsely claim your customers have a choice

My husband has been having knee pain for few years and we decided to try mud treatment for it. Mud therapy of Abano and Montegrotto Terme is a natural treatment that is supposedly helps with joint diseases. There is even a patent for the active ingredient. We had a package of 12 treatments. Mud treatments were administered in a professional manner. No complains. But massages that are also part of the packaged treatment are not real massages. It is just a gentle spreading of oil over body. At the end of the treatment we were well moisturized but our muscles did not get any looser. Hotel also has nice pools with thermal mineral water and "massaging" features. Very inventive. With a push of a button you get water jets in different configurations. We had a half-board - breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was the same every day. Better than an average US hotel breakfast but is not as good as at most other European hotels. Dinner offerings were different every day. There was no repeats in primi and secondi during our 2 weeks stay. But only a few dishes were good. Fish was generally not a good choice. My guess would be - prepared in advanced to feed 100s of guests at the same time and kept warm until served, thus, it was becoming dry and rubbery by the time it was served. Dessert, on the other hand, was spectacular and many different cakes to chose from. On some of the days I just had buffet appetizers, skipped primi and secondi and went straight for dessert. Extra 4 pounds that I brought back from this vacation is the direct consequence. Rooms were disappointing. When I was selecting this hotel I thought that I was getting good value for the money. Other hotel-spas in the area that looked as good were a lot more expensive. I was wrong. Saying "you get what you paid for" is fully applicable to this hotel. I booked superior room that looked fabulous on the website and was supposed to be 23 m2 (248 square foot). First room we got was not more than 18 m2, the size of the "comfort" room. When we complained, we were told that each room is different and a big terrace makes our room "superior". There is not much use for the terrace in the winter. We were moved to a bigger room after a couple of nights. It was ~23 m2 but still nothing like the website pictures. Simple and modest. Although, the view was great (attached photo). In general, Montegrotto is a simple town. There is one good restaurant - Ristorante Villa Liviangior. All others are eateries and pizza places. Nearby Abano is more upscale based on my pre-trip research. But mud is the same and Montegrotto is better located for day trips. That was my reason for selecting Montegrotto. Treatments are in the morning and there is no treatments on Sunday. It is also possible to have a "break" day. Schedule is flexible. From Eliseo it is 5 minutes walk to the train station. Trains are frequent and always on time. Monselice is an interesting place to visit - 7 minute train ride, Padua - 30 min, Venice - 45 min ,

Very nice wellness department, long opening hours.Staff is kind and attentive. The beds in the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are of very good quality.The hotel is constantly being renovated, and its surroundings are becoming more and more beautiful.

Firstly, we paid 110 eur for three of us including breakfast so this determines the expectations. The hotel is nice with newly renovated rooms, I would say. I think every room has a balcony. Reception was very friendly. The pools are small but have lot of bubbles and massage areas. No cold pool, which was not so great since it was 32 degrees on the say we stayed. The hotel caters mainly for old people so there were only couple of other families with kids and there is no slide or play area for kids. Breakfast was average. But there was a bottle of sparkling:-)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte ma devo dire che rapporto prezzo e qualità dei servizi offerti veramente super positivo.Camera ristrutturata e pulita,cena di buon livello con vasta offerta di antipasti e dolci a buffet..Colazione variegata ma da migliorare offerta di prodotti integrali.Buoni i servizi legati alle piscine e piacevole la sorpresa dell intrattenimento con musica durante e dopo cena

È 15 anni che giro negli alberghi di Abano terme e devo dire tutti piacevoli…. Sono arrivato con la mia compagna qui all’hotel ELISEO di Montegrotto, e devo dire che questa è la differenza…. Ogni minima cosa è curata un reparto spa strepitoso le piscine meravigliose colazione pranzo e cena mai visto nulla di meglio in vita…. Una camera al 6º piano stupenda il cinema dentro l’hotel bellissimo ed il personale tutto veramente al top ! Complimenti vivissimi e ovviamente arrivederci tra poco tempo …… grazie CRISTIAN FAVA.

Questo weekend sono stata con mio marito all'Hotel Eliseo ed è stato una carica di energia rigenerante. Il cibo è ottimo, con piatti raffinati e ingredienti freschi che deliziano ogni palato. La pulizia è impeccabile, rispecchiando gli alti standard della struttura. La camera Deluxe è un vero nido di coccole, perfetta per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi. La chicca di questo hotel è senza dubbio la piscina,incanto … un vero incanto per i sensi, insieme alla fonte termale che aggiunge un tocco di magia al soggiorno. La nuova area giardino relax con i gazebo è un angolo di paradiso, ideale per immergersi nella tranquillità e godere della natura circostante. Grazie per esservi presi cura di noi. Ci avete coccolati come non mai. Ne avevamo proprio bisogno. Tornati a casa rilassati e rigenerati. Anche l'ambiente è accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli, dagli spazi esterni alle decorazioni interne. Complimenti ad Andrea e Mariachiara per come gestiscono la struttura e a tutti i collaboratori: Sandro, Lara, Michele, Alberto, Niko e tutti gli altri di cui non ricordo il nome. I’Hotel Eliseo ci ha offerto un'esperienza straordinaria. Torneremo presto. Ale & Madda

L' Hotel Eliseo, da anni, è il nostro punto di riferimento a Montegrotto. Luogo tranquillo e rilassante che unisce competenza, professionalità a un clima accogliente e familiare. Bellissime le piscine termali interne ed esterne e ottima la cucina. Profumatissimo il giardino con i suoi maestosi tigli fioriti in questo periodo. Confortevoli gli spazi comuni e le stanze, senza dimenticare le cure e le coccole dei molti trattamenti proposti. Consigliatissimo!! Marcello da Genova
