Amazing views, beautiful surroundings and great service. The room is gorgeous, very well decorated and spotless clean. Bed and sheets are highest quality. The bathroom is big, comfortable and has great view. Its the perfect place to relax.

The absolute best! We came to celebrate our anniversary and my girlfriend’s birthday. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special. The hotel was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, the food was delicious and the wine was spectacular. We can’t wait to come back. You MUST come here. Total luxury and peace. 10 stars.

The Villa Grazianella was absolutely wonderful. We came for our tenth anniversary and enjoyed every moment. From the villa you can see the beautiful countryside all around. The rooms were very nice, quiet and comfortable. The service of the manager and all the staff there was wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful. We rented E bikes for the day and rode into Montepulciano. Everything was so enjoyable and we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing relaxing day. We were only there from 2pm until about 10 am the next morning but in that time fell in love with Relais Villa Grazianella. The villa, rooms, and grounds are spectacular. The staff was warm, friendly welcoming and helpful. We had wine, cheese, prosciutto and watched a beautiful sunset with many of the other guests. And then we’re treated to a wonderful dinner of filet mignon and chicken cacciatore. Between the room, dinner and 9 bottles of wine we took with us, it was the value of the century! Tremendous all around experience and would stay here again in a minute!

We had originally booked the apartment and we arrived quite late 9.30 PM but no one asked us for arrival details. This was our 4th hotel so far in Italy and the ones before made to communicate to us before arrival while Grazianella didn’t seem to care. The apartment did not meet our expectations. No pool access and you need to drive 15 min for breakfast and no staff there. Poor description!! We said we wanted to change to the house and got a call from an ANGRY manager complaining we are late and he had no service mind. The rooms in the house are nice and also the pool but that’s about it. This is a very soul less place with no warmth but a lot of potential. In the morning the receptionist said the manager would call us to discuss the price of stay as the apartments are more expensive. He never bothered to call!!!! They gladly take our money… We never met a soul during breakfast and we felt we were an inconvenience. The breakfast has no love in it and far from fresh products. The staff were not well trained but the receptionist tried at least. However, during our stay there was no one reaching out if we need help or tips. We never ate dinner there as the dining lacke atmosphere. Again no soul and love that you usually get in Tuscany and Italy. There is building works there. This is no problem if you like to wake up 7AM! They start at 7 AM and continue to 7PM and is loud. You will wake up (even my AirPods didn’t help). You won’t get the quite Tuscany experience and it seems based on the looks of it that it will take months… We paid what they asked for but normally we would ask for a discount but the manager did not care to reach out and the staff there had no authority… We gladly leave after two days (versus originally four days).

What a fantastic stay in the Tuscan Montelpuciano region! Saverio was a gracious host and the staff was very kind the entire time. The food was top notch and the rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was perfect. Great depth for kids, saline water, and was great to do laps in. The view of the sun setting over Montlpulciano in the hillside distance is stunning. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a true Italian Tuscan experience.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights in good faith as part of our Tuscany tour. Dishonourably they cancelled our booking due to “overbooking” at short notice. No apology or attempt to help us find somewhere else from the hotel. *********** are also not helping resolve the situation as they will only offer substandard non-comparable properties for the same price we committed for the original hotel. We are now left without a hotel as all hotels of similar quality have naturally risen in price significantly since we booked several weeks ago. It seems from similar reviews this is a regular occurrence so I recommend booking with a hotel that does not flippantly discard committed bookings over more lucrative options at short notice.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel that used to be a monastery. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We’d recommend having dinner there at least once as sunset is gorgeous. We did the wine tasting and cooking class, which were both fun. If you don’t speak Italian, we’d recommend using Google Translate to help with the cooking class. Chef Stefan’s was great and talented. The pool os also amazing. Finally, we’d recommend renting a car as the hotel is far and taxis probably won’t be reliable (or cheap). We did rent a car and had no issues getting to and from the hotel or the beautiful surrounding towns.

Wow, this was our second night whilst on our tour of Tuscany and what a find, The place was absolutely stunning, beautiful grounds and a fantastic hotel, we had two garden view suites which were finished to a superb standard. The food was incredible and the staff very friendly and welcoming…..We will be back for sure!
