I liked the hotel interior design and gabi bar is so amazing and also the spa and service was so amazing l would like to come back again i never had a place like that it has also dj night on the top of gabi bar with big screen and airport view l invite all peoples to visit this place

The hotel is not bad but they chraged us 200$ more than our deal. We talked with the previous manager (the person that his number is still in the google profile). But they changed their words and said he is not here anymore and they forced us to pay 200$ more. So if u book this hotel all the time u should be ready for extra money. I don’t trust them anymore

I had a very high expectation for this hotel because it is new and looks nice. Nevertheless, I was extremely disappointed during my stay there. We found out the hot water wasn't running and informed the staff and they kept telling us they were fixing it for three hours. We ended up giving up and showering with cold water after paying all of that money. We called the reception for room service because the number they gave us for room service wasn't being picked up (there's no menu in the rooms btw). The reception told us they will forward our call but they didn't. We ended up going to the restaurant to get some food even though we were staying in the hotel. The staff sounded extremely unprofessional during all phone calls we had with them and they never bothered to introduce the hotel or themselves. We thought we found a wrong number on Google. In conclusion, this was a waste of money and there are much better options in Addis for this price.

Made to feel welcome by the helpful reception staff. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water and tea making facilities in the rooms. Do take earplugs if you are a light sleeper as local dogs do bark during the night. Good variety of food for breakfast and the omelettes were great. Evening meal service was slow as short of staff, although we were informed as we went in for dinner. The food was ok but not brilliant. We didn't use the spa or gym but they did look good. Overall, a good stay in Addis Ababa and very close to the airport.

I booked a room from this hotel for My husband. He was coming to Addis for the first time, and they promised to pick him up from the airport by shuttle; he arrived at midnight, but they didn't wait for him at AirPort as agreed; he was waiting for their shuttle bus for hours and hours.

Hotel was very comfortable with fine amenities. Restaurant and staff were excellent. The best meals we’ve had in months! Hotel is located 10 minutes from airport in a pretty area. We look forward to returning the next time we visit. Please enjoy!

Triple-E Hotel made my family and I ( all four of us) stay in Addis the best time. This is a brand-new hotel in the heart of Addis, making it convenient to go where we want to go. The room was so clean and spacious. The staffs were friendly and extrimly helpful. I used the spa service and had a massage that was one of the best massages I have ever had. The breakfast was delicious. I have to say that the shower water presser was terrific ( I have seen other hotels in Addis). There is no way I will stay in any other place from now on when I go to Ethiopia. I highly recommend it to friends, family, and anyone planning to travel to Ethiopia. You will not regret it. Thank you, Triple-E, for your great hospitality.

The Triple-e Hotel & Spa Addis Ababa Ethiopia is fantastic both in the spa and restaurant area. The hotel is of a very hjgh standard with regards to cleanliness and the service also the rooms are beautiful. The massage was fantast and professional all Spa staff were very welcoming attentive and accomodating. The chef that was on duty from 9am - 3pm was excellent and accommodating as we are Vegan he went above and beyond for us and always with a smile the kitchen is open plan so we were able to see everything and the cleanliness is of a very high standard. I must also mention the price is very good. One of the managers Thomas went above and beyond for us he's such a nice and polite person and very professional spoke excellent English which was great for us as its our mother tounge. Overall all the staff front of house, bar, Spa restaurant, and the security were all very polite welcoming and proficient. We highly recommend this hotel to all those who are seeking value for money cleanliness and great service and an amazing environment. Mrs & Mrs Snape
