Stayed with my wife for 4 nights during competition. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is very sufficient and of big choice. Wife enjoyed drinks next to the pool. We took the car and parking in the hotel was for free. Personnel was friendly and helpful

Hi , I got great service by Phool Chand in housekeeping dept during my stay in Citrus Cunningham Road . I also got great service from Cozee in the Spa . Other staff from housekeeping like Kishan , Manish and Laltu were also very helpful

Very nice small hotel clean friendly and caring staff and with all expexted services.. Location close to mandarin make it convinient . Nice terrace to chill out next to the pool .organised transfert from and too airport is a appreciated plus

Приятно удивили сотрудники доброжелательностью и готовностью сделать пребывание гостей комфортным. Заселение в отель по времени стандартно - в 14-00. Я приехала в 13-00. Номер был не готов. В ожидании заселения пошла прогуляться по набережной. В 14-00 заселили, и за ожидание (а точнее за то, что я прибыла ранее обозначенного времени) меня в номере ждал комплимент от отеля: фруктовая тарелка и бутылка сухого игристого. Высокий уровень клиентоориентированности! В отеле и номере очень чисто. Есть все необходимые предметы гигиены: зубной набор, гель, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, фен, тапочки и халат. Белоснежное белье. Есть открытый бассейн с подогревом. Хороший завтрак, с подачей игристого. Бесплатный трансфер в/из аэропорта. Очень рекомендую отель!

Ужасное обслуживание, некомпетентный персонал. Забронировали номер, но по погодным условиям рейсы были изначально задержаны, потом в последствии отменены. Созвонились с администратором предупредили, сказали что возврат денег не возможен и что денежные средства переходят на депозит! Депозитом можно воспользоваться после. Когда решили воспользоваться депозитом, то увы и ах - оказываются денег нет, применены штрафные санкции. Менеджеры плавают и каждый раз слышно только от них "минуточку", обещают перезвонить и тишина. Не советую эту шарашкину конторку!

Я поселился в этом отеле всего на 1 день так-как летел транзитом в другую страну. Но скажу вот что: 1) приятная атмосфера 2) вежливый персонал 3) чистые и просторные номера 4) вкусная еда 5) чистый бассейн Вообще за свои деньги просто великолепное место, меня забрали трансфером из отеля и обратно (к слову у них еще есть трансфер и во всякие горнолыжные курорты), мне нужно было положить кое-что в морозилку и мне разрешили, подсказали что где есть и не беспокоили. Очень советую этот отель!

Я с семьей и друзьями тут уже в 7(седьмой) раз. И все останься на томже высоком уровне. Я уже не раз расписывал все прелести этого отеля. Они все остались. По приезде нам было холодновато, сказали, и все сразу стало тепло. Умнички так держать.

Безусловно отличный отель с вежливым и приятным персоналом!!! Трансферы и великолепный шведский стол, внимание и отзывчивость, все это делает вас лучшими! Так держать! Вернемся снова , но уже с детьми ☺️☺️☺️ Ваши благодарные гости!!!

Отличный отель, рекомендую. Завтраки, отношение персонала, услуги, трансфер, бассейн, уборка выше всяких похвал. Расположение хорошее, достижимы центр Адлера, рынок, магащины, кафе, столовые, набережная, парк Южных культур (делать там особо нечего, не впечатлил), мы остались довольны, с удовольствием вернёмся
