Place is strategic, just opposite vfs global for visa. Staff is good
facility is poorly maintained with stained and torn linen in the room. Bathroom is poorly maintained. Tv doesn't work. Ac was working although. Geyser was working thankfully after informing the reception when they switched on some switch outside and on resetting the geyser. No shower in the bathroom. Provide a small soap and towel
water bottle provided is refilled and not a new sealed bottle. Plenty of food options around including mc donalds, kfc and other indian restaurants. Anyways what more can one ask with rs per night tariff. It is ok for short overnight stay.

I got the room for 1200 and i think for this price it was a decent room, hotel staff was very polite. Only one thing that bothered me, there was no kitchen in the hotel, you can't get anything except tea. Otherwise everything was good.

Good for price point. Rooms are clean and they are providing room services daily. Staff is friendly and helpful. Washrooms are also clean and functional. Just you have to check your room and washroom before check in. The location of this hotel is also good, no slums besides. You will find all necessary things nearby else staff can help. One thing need to note that, as there are no windows in rooms it smells bit weird sometimes. They will provide room freshner if you ask.

The employees attitude was too bad, they didn't care for guests e. G. They didn't sent someone for luggage pickup and on request multiple times they took luggage to cab and dropped my bag in cab like free fall which broke some items in my bag. Rooms were not very clean

Room was not clean not have intercoms to connect with reception. Not have any facilities of tea or foods. Room was in bad condition change to other room but still the same some rooms tv problems some room has rats issues.
