Avis : The Ummed Ahmedabad Airport

Nous avons trouvé que le menu végétarien était très peu fourni et répétitif. Le responsable du service du restaurant a oublié ma commande de plat principal à temps. Le goût des plats est moyen.

Cet hôtel charmant est situé tout près de l'aéroport. Le personnel est très chaleureux et sympathique et prend bien soin de ses clients. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et m'ont rappelé les établissements 5 étoiles des années 90. Un bon endroit pour organiser des mariages car ils ont suffisamment d'espace pour organiser toutes les différentes fonctions, etc. Le seul et plus gros inconvénient est l'agencement de l'hôtel. Je recommande vraiment aux propriétaires/à la direction d'aménager un autre hall d'ascenseur et d'escalier, car la conception de l'hôtel est telle que les chambres sont assez éloignées du hall d'ascenseur principal et qu'il devient difficile de se déplacer d'un bout à l'autre

J'ai passé un excellent séjour sans aucun inconvénient. Je pense que c'était le meilleur hébergement dans lequel j'ai séjourné lors d'un voyage d'affaires. J'ai passé un très bon moment en Inde grâce à l'hébergement sans tracas.

Hôtel vieillissant, mal entretenu. Ne vaut pas le classement 5 étoiles. Ma salle de bain était vraiment en mauvais état, ils m’ont changé de chambre sans problème. Buffet passable, peu de choix en pain et viennoiseries. Bien placé a côté de l’aéroport

Chambre sale et très cher par rapport aux autres hôtels à ahmedabad. Cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles. Au sujet de la nourriture c’est encore pire. Buffet à 25€ et la nourriture n’est même pas bonne. C’était l’un de mes pires repas d’Inde. L’hôtel est à 5 min en voiture de l’aéroport et ne propose même pas de navette gratuite ou avantageuse pour y aller (500 roupies VS 70 sur uber). Très déçu.

Second sejour ici, toujours tres bien accueilli. Le buffet au restaurant permet de découvrir des plats locaux et les chambres sont confortables et avec du cachet. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif et serviable ce qui est remarquable.

Twin bed for single person, despite requested for double bed. Clogged whole drain, broken toilet seat soils spoon in tea maker are few to mention. Called reception to change room but no rooms available. Food was good service in the restaurant was good. Ankita in the restaurant was very good

Exceptional stay! The hotel's comftable rooms, impeccable service, and delicious meals exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near the Airport and Narendra Modi Stadium, it's perfect for exploring. Friendly staff, specially Ankita,Nitin,Suraj and Sneha. Its a relaxing ambiance, made our visit truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

My hotel room was quiet, very clean and comfortable, especially the bed and its linens. They were actually exquisite. The type normally only found in five-star hotels around the world. I am fortunate that my work has me to be traveling the globe for over five decades. Ankita and Sanchobeni in one of two dining rooms ***** with the rest of the staff were especially helpful as I have some dietary requirements for my health. This was no problem for them, very Easy-peezy! While i almost nver write reviews, i was compelled to write this because this hotel is a lot more than just convenient, the staff makes all the difference. I have run two global companies and have learned how hard it is to run an organization with operational excellence. It's quite a challenge and it starts at the top. While I only met but a few of the front-line staff at Ummed, I know the mid and top levels are top shelf too because they create and maintain the standard for the entire organization. Saying my experience at Ummed was a 5 out of 5 does not fully capture or adequately express the value to it has been to me, sort of like words alone are not enough. Thanks Ummed and to just two of its best, Ankita (her written words cannot be erased) and Sanchobeni (been saved). I wish the best for them and while this review may fade away over time what each of these two staff members represent never goes out of style and from which makes our world bright.

The pillow are very fluffiest and I enjoy to sleep. And staff are so nice as her name Ankita. The food is really very good like chicken butter masala . I also tried chicken tikka which h really testy . Staff behavior is very good and they are very attentive

We were disappointed with the condition of the bathroom, there was no hot water, open drain in bath and sink, condition of the bath. And general cleanliness of bathroom, tea area and room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Lack of toiletries in bathroom and hygiene of tea area and packets of tea coffee etc Only one bath towel for 2 guest and no hand towels or face towels No bath robes and only one sleepers No spare toilet rolls either. Basically once previous guest checks out they just make the bed and remove used towels etc and do not replenish Items used including water bottles or thoroughly clean the room. Most staff very helpful and courteous and friendly. However some staff didn’t understand us in English Gujarati or Hindi they just stare at you. Food was okay. We only booked because of the location near the airport.

Overall a very average experience however bathroom I found to be poorly cleaned and maintained. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks in it, the sealant around the sink had mould on it and the bath itself was chipped with poor quality workmanship.
