Rooms and service were very average and the rates are really high for the amenities. Just imagine, one person to take the luggage, serve food, make the bed, clean the room

The stay was amazing resort was excellent, extremely efficient and helpful staff, good food, prompt service, lovely amd quiet place for a weekend stay am looking forward to coming back to jimmy

Amount and room don’t go well…2nd not beach facing…you can see the sea but very far…bathroom was bad

The room and its washroom cleanliness was not appropriate. It’s not worth spending 10k for one day. However food was good but a lot of delay in food services. So not so many option in breakfast buffee. Overall not money friendly

Poor experience, overpriced and very very rude staff This is the worst hotel I have stayed in recent times. The hotel manager Chaitangi Patil is nothing but a greedy woman who has absolutely no manners to talk. We booked 2 rooms for 5 of us. Paid 8k for one double and 11k for a triple room for an average 3 starish resort. We requested for early check in which they charged us 3k for one room and 4k for another. It was supposed to include breakfast. On reaching there they said we had to pay for breakfast and luckily I had specifically asked them on text if it included breakfast. They tried to dodge it saying we thought you were referring to the next days breakfast etc. finally they included it for me but not my friends room. The breakfast both days was paratha and upma the first day and Paratha and poha the next day. No variety at all. It's quite an overpriced waste of money. We asked for a late check out because we were here for meetings and I took my mother for a holiday. They said you have to leave at 11 sharp since we are overbooked. I cross checked on agoda and rooms were very much available. Infact our two rooms were the only rooms that were occupied. The entire resort is empty. Then she said you need to pay the entire days tariff if you want late check out. My point is that they are really expecting a miracle if they think all rooms will get sold out magically overnight. I was willing to pay half day for late check out but this is madness. Now I don't know where to make my 76 year old mother sit while we go for our meetings. This place is not safe. Also please note that there is loud music blasting into the night from some nearby resort. You won't be able to sleep till late. It's unfortunate we didn't stay at a small place with more warm and polite people. We thought expensive will be a good experience. Unfortunately with her continuous attempt to extract more and more money, she completely ruined our experience. We asked to speak to the owner and she said she is the owner. Didn't look like the owner of a big resort would be so I'll mannered to walk out and not be able to hold a civil and polite conversation. Now I'm disturbed by her anger and rudeness, I can't sleep because of the loud jarring music and my old mother is stressed where to sit if we don't have a hotel. Disgraceful, distasteful. Avoid!

Hotel is good but surely overly priced. Hygiene is ther, quick service but as mentioned price is mire compared to other hotels and facilities. Swimming pool water is not clean. Can cause infection. Not much fun activities but they do arrange magic show and live band. Stay wad average.

First of all, its not resort. Following are the issues:1. F pol smell in room. 2. Retaurent clubbed with reception too much congested. 3. Linen not good4. Rooms and bathroom not upto the mark. No good ambience. 5. Tea making items not provided properly. You have ask for everything. I left the the so called jimmy resort, one day early instead of two night stay, i stayed for ome night and checked into another resort. Nothing good

The view was great, the hospitality was really amazing. Food was good. Overall it was worth it.

Jimmy's resort is walking distance from varsoli beach, and close by to alibag beach as well. In house restaurant the shores has good food. Room was very clean, well lit, washroom was very well equipped with new furnishings. They have a moderately big swimming pool for kids and adults. Staff was also helpful. Overall pleasant stay, and suitable for families as well.
