Complexes et hôtels à Almaty avec spa

Our July 3-12, 2023, family stay at the Novotel Almaty City Center Hotel for our son and daughter-in-law’s Qyz Uzatu bride’s wedding was memorable and outstanding. The staff was accommodating beyond expectations. Examples of services and assistance furnished include: 1) gorgeous congratulatory bouquet of roses, cake, and bottle of champagne for bride and groom upon their arrival, 2) Front Desk Receptionist Elmira ordered, negotiated, and “babysat” multiple wedding flower bouquets the day of the bride’s wedding event, 3) Deputy General Manager Yevgeniy personally helped finalize five 10-day room reservations, following up multiple times ensuring our full satisfaction, then emailing us a farewell and thank you note for our stay, 4) Front Desk Manager Altyn happily assisted with various requests, 5) entire staff was cooperative, positive, and professional, and 6) hotel restaurant’s breakfast buffets were delicious, and lunches were quite satisfying, too. Additionally, the hotel location was fantastic b/c: it’s adjacent to the large public plaza with memorial and fountains, as well as the tram to the nearby mountaintop which had restaurants, zoo, amusement park, etc.; walkable city center with nearby restaurants, shopping, green spaces, and more. Based on our family’s experience, we zealously endorse and recommend the Novotel Almaty City Center Hotel and will fondly remember our stay and the hotel’s kind, thoughtful, and service-oriented staff for taking care of our family.

Je suis resté 3 nuits dans cet hôtel fin aout. J etais dans une chambre au dernier étage, tres confortable avec une belle vue sur Almaty. L emplacement est correct, à proximité de la rue pietonne Arbat et pas trop loin d une station de metro Zhibek Zholy, mais pas forcement central. L accueil au checkin/checkout etait sympa et pro, pareil pour l equipe du petit dejeuner. Par contre, accueil plus froid, voir nonchalant au spa et au bar. Probleme de langue? En tout cas, je recommande, l hotel reste une valeur sûre!

Stayed there for a night during my KZ trip, the hotel is located at a very comfortable location , the hotel rooms looks like more of heritage room with a few old decor plates and felt really warm, they provided with all the necessity services, and a secured cloak room was also there, I kept my luggage after checkout for almost a day and they were really helpful to store them at their place without any hassle and provided back the same in couple of minutes, They staff here speaks fluent English as well and take extra efforts to help their guest. Would definitely recommend to stay and get to know the services of the same.

Struttura piuttosto semplice ed abbastanza pulita,situata non lontano dal centro di Almaty. La mia camera era,abbastanza spaziosa e pulita,dotata di balcone,bagno con doccia,set di cortesia,in particolare ho trovato il letto molto comodo. Nel complesso si tratta di una buona struttura,non ancora avvezza secondo me,ad accogliere turisti da tutto il Mondo . Colazione e barriere linguistiche (solo un receptionist su quattro con cui abbia avuto a che fare,parlava inglese) da migliorare. Per il resto,lo consiglierei.

Отель очень красив изнутри. Но номера ужасны. Очень уставший ремонт. Сервис тоже плохой. Не советую. Соотношение цены и качества очень низкое

Великолепный отель! Очень радушный персонал, готовый помочь в любом вопросе. Прекрасные завтраки на любой вкус. Очень хорошая фитнес зона и спа центр. Номер просторный, с великолепным видом на горы, теплым полом, большой кроватью. Также в номере тапочки, халаты, чай/кофе, вода, банные принадлежности. Близкое расположение к Медео.

Stayed in room 512 for 5 nights. Large room with comfortable bed, te/coffee in the room, safe deposit box, large wardrobe with hangers. Nice big bathroom with hairdryer, amenities, large shower. All spotlessly clean. Gym / spa area in the ba*****t with pool (10m?), sauna, steambath and shower. Again: Very clean. Restaurant with excellent choices of hot and cold breakfast options, good lunch and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Reliable WiFi. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in Almaty.

I had to fly to Almaty on family business. Hotel itself is trendy, historical building. Inside is really nice, clean. Front desk folks are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms looks exactly as on photos. Each room has electric cattle, 2 bottles of water for each occupant. They refill tea, coffee, water every day. If you ask, they can bring you thus any time. I have to say their 24 hours room service is great. I bought room with breakfast. Highly recommend. Menu/ buffet is good. You can order omelets or oatmeal. One thing, though. Menu does not change at all. So, if you stayed few days, you will be fine. I stayed 10 days. It kind got boring after 4 days. Never the less, breakfast is good. Housekeeping is great! They really clean your room, disinfect. They change sheets every other day, towels every day. A lot of toilettes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash gel, body and hands creams, shower cap, even hair comb. You can pre order transfer from and to airport. They met me with the sign. It was great. Really great hotel. I will highly recommend to stay there.

La chambre était grande, propre, vérité sans fenêtre, si calme, mais nous ne nous souvenions pas d'une nuit, la chambre avait des vêtements, des brosses dentaires, des pâtes dentaires, des savons et du shampooing gel. L'hôtel dispose d'une zone spa, qui fonctionne jusqu'à 3 heures, y compris une sauna, un hammam turc, une piscine, un massage. Le petit déjeuner est à l'hôtel de 7 à 10.00. En outre, j'ai été très surpris par le volume et le goût fin de la salle. Il était aussi agréable que la chambre ait un pot de thé, des plats, de l'eau dans les bouteilles, le thé, le café, le sucre et la crème liquide. Le centre de l'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10-15 minutes de l'aéroport, dans une zone résidentielle confortable, près du centre commercial.

This is not a bad hotel but not quite as luxurious or high end as one might expect from the pricetag. Checkin was handled well and I get a modest upgrade for Hilton status. The best thing about the room was the view of the snowcapped mountains from two sides. Bed was comfy and towels were thick and plush. The bathroom was not great; a stand-in tub with a half door that doesn't keep the water from leaking out, and a ridiculously places handheld shower that either you had to hold or crouch down (unless you are under 5 feet tall) to use. Just unacceptable for a four star international hotel. Also the shower gel didn't work and the shampoo container was not even attached to the wall. Other things in the room didn't work quite right. Breakfast was a reasonably good buffet. The location is slightly out of the way but an easy and cheap Yandex ride or walk of 20-30 minutes to the more central sights. Overall not a bad choice (especially if you want to earn or burn Hilton points) but not sure it is worth the rates.
