Quinta David is a relaxing oasis of calm with its lovely gardens, private pool and spacious, well equipped, modern apartments. We stayed in Casa Figueira which had patio space at the front of the property if you wanted sun in the morning, and a large patio space at the back for sun all afternoon and evening. We were welcomed by our hosts (and friendly pets) who live within the grounds of the property, so if you needed anything, they are close by. Everything was spotlessly clean and well presented and this is certainly a place to stay if you want quiet, relaxed surroundings. It is also good if you have a friends and family group traveling together, as you could all have your own apartment whilst sharing communal areas. Everything you need in Alvor Town is a very short walk away so it is handy for shops, restaurants, beaches. We would highly recommend you stay.

Quinta David is just beautiful little place in Alvor any time we come to Alvor we stay here once you go inside the gates you can be in your own little paridice and no car needed as everything is in walking distance. The acomadation is beautiful and it's spotless clean and you have everything you need it's like home from home to suit everyones needs for family's and couples. The owners are just amazing as they live there to they are there to help you if you need anything which is great to have. such genuine and beautiful people who want to make your stay memorable I'd 100% recommend this place it's a little gem in paradice

We stayed in Casa Amendoeira, a two bedroomed house to the rear of the guest building. All rooms opened out onto private gardens, and it was just a few steps to the shared pool and gardens. The gardens were bliss, sunloungers under the trees for shade, a tree swing, a hammock, all beside the pool where we could watch our children happily swimming. Carina, our host, was very friendly, as were the family cat and dog! The house has a double room and twin room, a shower / toilet, and a large kitchen, dining, living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. The Intermarche supermarket is a two minute walk, and the town of Alvor a five minute walk away. Yet when you're at the property, you feel like you are in the countryside! Will definitely try to return

Gorgeous, spacious accomodation set in beautiful gardens with lovely pool. Accomodation well equipped (great coffee machine v. Important!) and spotlessly clean. Sun loungers are a thoughtful touch and much appreciated for relaxing. Excellent location close to supermarket, bars nearby and a 15 min walk to beach and main centre. Super hosts. Great communication from Daniel and Carina. Had a fabulous week. Highly recommend.

Excellent find,so pleased we chose here as this was our first holiday with granddaughter. Very secure and safe . Two minutes walk to supermarket for all needs and ten min walk to center of Alvor . Parking and Wi-Fi all good. The house itself is immaculate and huge with everything you need. Balcony area to front and rear. Minor issue was walk to pool could have maybe rubber matts as it was a little stoney . Otherwise fantastic place and owners helpful with responses. Top place and find.

Quinta David had been recommended to me by a work colleague and I'm so glad I booked a week in this exceptional place. A very warm welcome was received on arrival by Daniel and the dogs. We had such a relaxing stay in the beautiful accommodation. Spotlessly clean with all that you need at hand. Coffee machine, washing machine and free wifi/tv. Stunning gardens and outside areas. The location is also ideal - only a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, 15 minutes walk to the beach or the town centre. A good selection of bars cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The weather was very stormy during our stay but the accommodation was a welcoming comfortable place to read and relax whilst waiting for the sun to come out. A perfect spot - we'll be back!

Absolutely beautiful time at Quinta David, it has something special like no other in Alvor. The houses are spotless, bright, and spacious. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is immaculate. Carina and Daniel could not be more helpful. 2nd time staying here this year and will never stay anywhere else in Alvor again. 5 stars is not enough

A home, from home! Starting with the friendly welcome, from Danielle, to the cuddly visits from Pumbinha and Shea; the family dog and cat! It was the perfect location, with spotless, comfortable, living quarters enjoying dual aspect patio areas. Thank you for our wonderfully relaxing holiday, in the most beautiful surroundings.

We had an excellent stay. Perfect equipped appartement and location in Alvor. Beautiful nice garden and pool. Safe parking inside the property and most important a warm welcome and attentive nice owner. We highly recommend Quinta David!
