Hôtel cosy et chambre très belle et propre restauration digne d’une cantine . Petit déjeune simpliste et diner peut varié. Café en sachet soluble jus d’orange et croissants industrielle. Dîner sans aucune variété de plats,et pas de choix pour le dessert.

L'hôtel est plutôt beau et propre mais situé dans un quartier à forte circulation, bruit de la rue jusqu'à tard en soirée (nuit). Chambre confortable (3 lits!) et équipée mais insonorisation relative, à 03:47 j'ai eu l'impression d'avoir le muezzin à coté de moi! Salle de bain spacieuse mais robinetterie de la douche capricieuse: choix entre eau chaude et... bouillante lors de notre premier séjour. Problème apparemment réglé lors de notre dernière nuit au retour. Petit déjeuner bon et roboratif. Personnel agréable et discret.

Cet hôtel offre de belles prestations : un grand salon bien décoré, de très grandes chambres confortables. J’ai par contre trouvé le personnel un peu distant et froid et le petit déjeuner pas assez varié. Si TripAdvisor proposait la note Bien c’est celle que j’aurai choisie.

This hotel was a good place for us as it is only a short drive from the airport. We had three nights here. The communal areas are very good although some rooms had tired bathrooms. There was a good choice of foods with a buffet style evening meal and breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a good location, friendly staff who can't do enough for you. There is a shopping mall situated close by where you can get a lovely coffee or pick up some snacks in the supermarket. The gift shop next door is staffed by friendly people and if you're up for haggling you can pick up some lovely souvenirs. Due to the troubles in the areas surrounding Jordan, the hotel was very under-occupied (lots of cancellations) so public areas were deserted but we never felt unsafe and always very welcome.

I think others must have been to a different hotel than us! We stayed twice an orgorganised trip. The hotel is clean but sometimes the hot water runs out in the shower. The beds are very short, we are not tall but our feet hung over the end of the bed. Tall people in our group had to lie diagonally across the bed, difficult when you are a couple. The time for dinner varies according to how many people in the hotel. One day they told us 7.30 only for us to arrive at 7.30 and the restaurant was full with people half way through their meals and no table for us. Food is always a buffet and very monotonous. Food is edible but little variation and not well cooked, it is however plentiful. Not enough staff in restaurant and very slow to clear tables and relay them. Often people had to eat at used tables and go to counter to request cutlery. I wouldn't stay again.

an excellent location near to malls, very friendly staff, rooms are nice and clean with hot water all the time, the food was wonderful with many choices . I will be in Amman in march and will for sure stay at Strand Hotel. thank you all for making my stay comfortable.

Very good stay during our Jordan vacation with my family. The breakfast was good and the dinner was personalized (not buffet), so they were very comfortable days at the hotel. I think you can enjoy a lot in this hotel.

It's been a great experience, beautiful place to have vacation. The room was so clean and the host is kind and ever available for everything. I can recommend this place to other travellers. Looking forward to come back!
