It was comfortable & great experiance staying in hotel with all amenities, Staff and Mr. Nitin was very cooperative and supportive on local help. Location is in central area of city with 15min distance from all tourist places through battery rikshaw

The stay and breakfast was very good. The hotel is situated at prime location, easy to approachable to station and golden temple. also near to the market with good connectivity to city and nearby spots. It was pleasure stay in the hotel.

One of the worst experience anyone can ever expect in regards to service! I paid Rs 4,200 for the room and they denied to provide even a water bottle. It was around 4 am when I came from Golden Temple and I asked the hotel staff to provide me water bottle. The staff denies by clearly mentioning that they dont provide water bottle. We had to stay thirsty through out the night since it was so late that markets were also closed. In the morning time, since we had our breakfast included in our stay, the food was also not fresh. I asked them to prepare something fresh, to which they clearly denied again. If any customer is paying so much, atleast he expects to get basic food and water properly and in hygenic condition which this property does not provide. I request to all the readers who are reading this review to never check in this property.

A lovely friendly hotel. Good facilities and amenities. Very clean. Staff helpful. Bed was comfortable and good quality linen. Pillows were a dream. View wasn’t the best however I didn’t stay in the room much. Nice to have air conditioning due to the heat at the time of the year. General ***ager Nitin Sharma went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would recommend and would stay again. It’s a three star hotel and that is reflected in the quality. However it’s heart is definitely 5 star.

My wife, daughter and I were booked in to this hotel for 2 nights for a short visit. We had booked one room for the three of us. We arrived at 10.30 in the evening and when we went to the room it was not ready. The only staff working were the receptionist and a security guard. They had to leave reception un***ned and bring a bed for my daughter. They they had to find bedding. When they left the room my daughter found lipstick on the pillowcase and looked at the duvet cover and noticed it was dirty. We called reception and told the receptionist the bedding needed replacing. Eventually he came to the room again and by this time my wife had noticed that the bedding on our bed was not clean and we suggested that we should move to another room. For some reason they did not want to do this. My daughter helped him change all the bedding and by this time we noticed that behind the door there was a user toilet roll and some dirt on the floor that was only noticeable when the door was closed. The receptionist apologised saying that the housekeeper was on holiday. We pointed out that we were also on holiday but this was the hotels problem and they should sort out the problem. The room did not appear to have been cleaned. We could put nothing in cupboards as they had obviously not been cleaned for months. They toilet seat in the bathroom was not fixed and fell off when I tried to use the toilet. We finally ***aged to get to sleep at about 2.00 am but didn't sleep well as the door could not be locked. In the morning there was no breakfast buffet. We packed our bags and found another hotel.

Have been to the Hotel Multiple Times and its just superb ! The Rooms, the staff, everything is great - especially the fact that the room comes at such a value for money price. MY GO TO HOTEL IN AMRITSAR whenever i am there for be it business or leisure ! Special thanks to Nitin for all the hospitality. Cheers !

We stayed in Lords Eco Inn resort in last week of december 2022. Hotel is average considering standard of lords brand. Room size is too cramped. Food was ok but very expensive. Light LED was not working in my bathroom, even after informing the staff & reception desk it was not replaced. Thank You, AJ

Rooms size are good. Neat and clean. Staff is very polite. Will surely recommend family and friends. One thing need to add Hotel should start its own Restaurant so that it will be more comfortable.

Our stay at Lords Eco Inn was very pleasant. And the staff is excellent. I would like to mention the person name who helped us and made arrangements easier for us - Nitin Sharma. He helped us by arranging passes for wagah border and also locally in amritsar for different things we needed. Would surely reccommend a stay at the hotel and thanks to Mr. Nitin Sharma again 👍
