we had great stay & Very comfortable stay with delicious food . Their hospitality and views are one of the best.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities We enjoy a lot everything well maintained highly recommended ☺️😊

Kamay The Grand Hridey Amritsar "Excellent housekeeping services. Neeraj and Gur lal took great care of us and maintained cleanliness and hygiene. Great location near the Amritsar railway station, those who take the Shatabdi. E Rikshaws are easily available outside the hotel for going to tourist location"

Worse hotel I hv ever seen in my lift. No choise of food, shabby rooms, Reception staf behaviour is like they are doing favour for customer staying in hotel. And most worse thing I hv seen so far, after taking payment responded, we don't have bill book at present will share you bill in few days. And the worse part starts after so ***y days when given 6-8 reminders asked to pay charges for providing bill via courier. Can't understand theor policy of customer retention and customer service. I can say cheaters to customer and hotel owner.

Only advantage is it is located right opposite to railway station. Rooms condition very dirty. Bath towels were stinking and not clean. Room was also stinking. . Room service is very poor, break fast quality is very very poor only paratha and sandwich available and both are tasteless. I recommend this property not good for stay. .

This hotel was disgusting, I had to clean the toilet before using it. Everything was scruffy, dirty and stained. The bedding and towels and even the curtains were stained. The shower produced a trickle of warm water. The corridor had the same used crockery for the time I was there and there were rat droppings which weren’t cleaned up. I had a meal of fried rice when I arrived which was OK and a cup of tea which came in a dirty teacup. I then saw the kitchen and decided against anything else. I’d booked online because the hotel was well rated and came with a discount, was planning to stay for 4 nights but having no internet connection was the final straw. When I checked out the ***agement wouldn’t honour the discount and charged me more than double what I had booked it at. There was a kindly porter but most of the staff couldn’t understand any English.

Only advantage is it is located right opposite to Amritsar railway station. Rooms were not clean. Bath towels were stinking and not clean and dry both. No hot water supply. Food was very basic with no option in nan or kulcha also..only tandoori roti was served. No soup or starter or curd anything.
