Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Amsterdam et cet hôtel en est partiellement responsable ! Accueil très chaleureux et souriant, le personnel et très gentil et agréable. Aucun problème pour communiquer en anglais ! La chambre était absolument superbe, nous n'avons rien à redire et nous sommes ravis, nous reviendrons surement !

Easy check in and check out. Love the convenient location with supermarkets and transportations nearby. Will definitely come back in our next trip.

地點：Amsterdam Zuid一出，靠Starbucks 個邊有條小路，行得快嘅5分鐘即到酒店。就算唔搭地鐵，仲有tram, 一落Parnassusweg 站過對面馬路就到。附近雖然有起巿，如果想行大間少少，搭幾個站巴士就到AH XL!! 來回機場更方便，地鐵巴士直達。 住宿：酒店環境十分有家感覺。廚具齊全，洗衣，洗碗，焗爐器具齊全。煮食嘅黑椒同鹽更是預備埋。床褥枕頭十分整潔，厠所企缸亦好乾淨。酒店附近雖然有火車站，但夜晚十分寧靜。酒店亦有24小時前台服務，緊急聯絡更是無問題。 整體，如果要再到Amsterdam 一定會再入住PS.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, encore plus joli que sur les photos, les lits sont grands et très confortables et la vue est magnifique. Tout est calme même dans les couloirs et pourtant l’hôtel était complet. Nous sommes arrivés à la gare centrale Amsterdam et avons pris le métro Ligne 52 jusqu’à la station Zuid, l’hôtel se trouve à 10/15 minutes à pied.

Je recommande : propreté, équipement, appartement vraiment agréable … tram et métro à proximité…. Vraiment très très bien Agréable surprise … même un petit cadeau dans la chaussure pour la St Nicolas !!

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans cet appartement pour deux personnes. L'appartement est très bien conçu, spacieux, propre, confortable et très silencieux. Il est très bien desservi car près d'une gare, de l'autoroute, du tramway, du métro et d'un supermarché même s'il est un peu loin du centre-ville. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute. Il y a un parking payant (un peu cher) en sous-sol mais il n'est pas pratique de toujours devoir appeler à l'interphone pour entrer ou sortir (surtout quand il n'y a personne à l'accueil, ce qui est arrivé deux fois), une ouverture avec la carte de la chambre serait plus judicieuse. Si nous revenons à Amsterdam, nous pourrions tout à fait reloger au même endroit.

Having stayed in the hotel before, thought it would be a safe bet to book for some visitors. Unfortunately we were very let down - on arrival at the hotel, they claimed to have no record of the reservation despite me receiving both a booking and payment confirmation, as well has having exchanged emails with the hotel the day before arriving. Customer service at front desk was sorely lacking. Despite having a confirmed and paid up booking, and despite still advertising rooms for the night, they refused to accommodate us, and turfed three female guests out without any help. We were left needing to find alternative accommodation at double the price originally paid. No apology received, no explaination why staff wouldn’t put us in the available rooms. It’s clear reservations are bumped if longer term guests book and highly recommend NOT BOOKING HERE unless you have a back up plan….

Took a 2 bedroom apartment and the apartment had all the facilities required and was well equipped. It’s close to the train and tram station. It’s also 20m to the airport and 20m to town. We enjoyed the venue and hospitality and would most certainly stay again

Halfway through 5 nights here for my first trip to Amsterdam, picked (again) because of the TA reviews, and unless something awful happens in the next 48 to change my mind, think this is a really great choice for AMST visits. Spacious and well-equipped loft-style apartment, 24-hour reception staffed by really nice and helpful staff (special shout-out to Lindsey), much to do on foot (stores, markets, restaurants) in immediate blocks, right across the street from tram that takes you to the historical center in ten minutes to see the canals and houseboats and museums and note the ever-wafting ****, steps away the AMST ZUID train/metro station for easy access to the airport and assorted day trips. Five stars, for sure.

This was a great place to stay after our cruise for a few days.It was super spacious, more so than pictures showed. My husband and I had a loft suite. The king bed was very comfortable. It had everything you needed to make meals if you so chose, with the exception of dish towels- it came with a blue shammy cloth which I guess was meant to dry dishes with? However we used the two dishwasher tabs they provided so it was not a real issue. We were also provided two bottles of water which was nice. We never tried the gym because it was not actually in the hotel but rather outside and around it somewhere else. There was no restaurant but a little place you could purchase water, pop and tiny snacks,etc. The lighting was good. There were no face cloths only hand and shower towels and we were only given one of each. The room was missing a blow dryer and I had to go down and also call down twice to finally get one for my wet hair! Also the bathroom was nice but the shower was built defectively- it was one of those walk in ones where it just has a half wall partition, however this one was built way to short and the bathroom floor got flooded every time someone took a shower! We finally had to get a couple extra hand towels/ shower mats to prop against the half wall floor to stop the floor from getting flooded each time we showered. We mentioned this at the front desk upon check out and they are aware of this so it was not just our room.obviously the contractor that installed the showers messed up big time! The best thing was the location, while not down by all the action it was right on a tram and metro( subway) line and it was a super quick metro ride ( 4 stops) to all the action. The hotel was more reasonably priced than most of the hotels in Amsterdam. It also had a grocery store and many restaurants (Monday to Friday for most but not all of them) right across the street from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel great. It is in nice location close to train station so easy to get to airprt and short distance to Amsterdam Central. We found the staff very friendy and helpful plus the accomodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms are well laid out and spacious and have everything you need. Area around hotel has plenty of cafes and choice of resteraunts, we found it very cheap and quick to use train/metro to get in and out of the city and enjoyed the quieter calmer area the hotel was in to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Would definitely stay here again and recomend to others.
