Avis : Clark Imperial Hotel

Il y a des cafards dans la chambre et elle n'est pas propre. Les chaussons sont payants. Le petit déjeuner ne peut pas être emporté ni pris dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de chambre non-fumeur au-dessus du 4ème étage. Il y avait un verre de bienvenue dans la chambre. le hall, mais maintenant il n'est plus là !

L'emplacement est suffisamment proche pour aller à pied au centre commercial SM, mais c'est très gênant car il n'y a pas d'eau chaude. La literie n'est pas propre et la propreté générale n'est pas bonne. La circulation est très compliquée, vous devez donc vous déplacer tôt pendant votre trajet. Soyez très prudent lorsque vous traversez la route car elle est bruyante et bondée de nombreuses motos et jeepneys. Le personnel est sympathique

Un endroit idéal pour séjourner à moindre coût

Room is decent and clean, but they do not have a room with twin beds or connecting room. Our request for an adjacent room was granted. The toilet has bidet and hot and cold shower, basic bathroom supplies are present - shampoo, soap, and dental kit. Extra supplies are also available but with extra charge. One of the rooms we booked didn't cool enough, they were not able to fix it so we requested to change rooms but the only available room was a smoking room so we just requested for an electric which they gladly provided. Overall it was a peaceful stay

We booked a suite room and the overall stay was okay. The room is clean and the hotel staff are nice. The bathroom stinks a little and we had to keep its door closed so it won’t reek inside the room.

Not a bad location. Excellent front office staff. The night security guard is real professional, so any trouble - he will sort out the issues. Clean bed linen. Unfortunately the rooms need more maintenance as grout is brownish at several spots. The shower heads are not very helpful when on the wall 😉 ! Unfortunately many scammers in AC nowadays and even pickpockets ! Of course that's nothing to do with the hotel !!!

Good and freindly front desk & security. Wifi gets down at night and also experinced wifi down in the morning as well. Lots of hotel customers was complaining about the wifi and did not solve the issue fully as wifi is also connected to the TV so unable to watch TV channels as well. Pest Control is required for the rooms as well.

Love this hotel and I really enjoy the service I hope I can come back again anytime soon

It's a bit far from the walking street, but the walk to the hotel is okay. The road between the hotel and the street is busy.

I was really touched by the kindness of the staff. Also, I really appreciate the USIM chip exchange, 7-Eleven visit, bike pickup, and drop, even though it's late at night.

Dirty toilet 😢 toilet bowl cannot flush the Ac not working we ask help only can open but not cold the staff said its old ac thats why 🙄 this our second time the first same toilet disgusting but we update to executive still same never ever come back this hotel anymore

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Nice people. Recommended to visit.
