Avis : Hamit Hotel Kizilay

L'emplacement est agréable, le personnel est sympathique, mais le niveau est bas. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Nous ne voudrions pas rester deux jours de plus.

It was our first time in Ankara and didn't know what to expect. We took a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. The check-in was smooth and fast because we per-booked the hotel a few days earlier. The room was small but clean and comfortable. So was the bathroom. We had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast spread was something to look forward to, with a lot of choice of food and drinks. However, conversations were very limited due to the limited English language spoken by the staff. Check-out was ok and the receptionist helped called a taxi for us to go to the bus station.

I booked the hotel before coming. It was standart room with big bedroom. The room was small. Ok it was predictable. But the cover of the sheet was dirty, we asked the bellboy to change it and also to bring another warm blanket because at night it was cold in the room. Despite this he didn’t bring the blanket. The air conditioner didn’t work however I asked about it as well and they lied saying that it functions well. In conclusion I would say if you want a one night stay with a good breakfast it’s a good decision. The only satisfying thing in the hotel is breakfast. And don’t forget to complain if the staff is not doing their work.

We stayed 8 nights in room 105 in August 2022, it was very pleasant stay. The hotel was built in 2020 and everything was new. Location: the most advantages of this hotel is its location, just a few minutes away from “Kizilay” which is the main crossroad of Ankara. Many restaurants, bars, shops are nearby and it has easy access to Metro station, bus stops and taxis. Room: Room 105, a non-smoking one, was spacious enough and had very efficient air-condition. House-keeping was perfect and bathroom was clean enough. The only downside was that there was no safe box in the room. No mini bar was available, but they charge 2 Bottled water every day. Staff: Ferhat and Arezu were hotel’s receptionists who were so welcoming and helpful. Also the bellboy. Kitchen staff were kind too. Breakfast: was moderate, someday was fresh, someday not. But there were various items from cold (jam, cheese, butter and …) to warm (soup, fried potato, sausages). Coffee powder was next to hot water and tea on breakfast table. There was also tea available at lobby for guests to sit outdoor and drink tea. I definitely recommend this hotel as a budget clean one very close to Kizilay.

Hamit otel kızılay işin hakkını veren bir işletme yorumları okuyarak geldim gerçekten odaları çok temiz personel kailte kokuyor :) Odalarda kettle var cay kahveleri mevcut gerektiğinde ücret dahi almadılar personelin iyi niyeti olsa gerek

Otele dair her şey harikaydı ta ki sabah 8.30 da temizlik personelleri koridorda bağıra çağıra temizlik yapmaya başlayana kadar. Oda servisi ucuz, personel güler yüzlü ama eğer sabah en az 10a kadar uyurum diyorsanız kesinlikle tercih etmeyin kesinlikle uyutmuyorlar çünkü
