Lereve BUTIK Hotel

My wife and I came here for 2 nights in July to visit earthquake survivors whom we know. Some guests may have had good experiences here, but we did not have a great experience at this hotel. Here's why: 1. CHECK-IN DELAY: We previously got permission to check-in a bit early at noon, so we arrived after arrival in Adana airport in a rental car. When we arrived, the pathway to the hotel (small walkway from the main road to the entrance) was completely inaccessible because there was a crane clearing up all the rubble from a nearby building (earthquake cleanup). The rubble was blocking the pathway. We were told it would be cleaned up by 2pm. It was over 105°F (40.5°C). My wife and I waited in the heat till 2pm. We called at 2pm, and they then said it would be 4pm. Now, I'm a reasonable person. I know this is not necessarily their fault, but they ought to feel bad for us who had to wait so long in the heat. Eventually at 5pm, we were able to access the hotel. We were never offered any compensation, discount, courtesy, or amendment. [In my opinion, if I were the owner of this hotel, I would give a discount or a voucher for a free night, or any other type of compensation for this huge inconvenience of leaving us to wait for 5 hours after arrival to enter the hotel]. My wife was also feeling ill from heat exhaustion. I told all this to the hotel management, but they didn't seem to care about us. They just kept saying that in Antakya after the earthquake, there are so many problems with infrastructure. Yes, I know. That's why we chose this hotel because it looked like a very nice hotel, and they told us there were no problems with their hotel before I booked. 2. WATER OUTAGE: Again, this is another problem outside of their control, but the water was cut off at the hotel when we woke up the first morning. We couldn't take a shower or brush our teeth. We needed to clean up before we went out for the day, but we were unable to. This is yet another inconvenient and uncomfortable thing that happened during our stay. Is it their fault? No. But did they do something about it to offer us compensation or to make up for it, or to make us feel better about it? No. This is my complaint. Normal good service hotels offer things for huge inconveniences like this, and try to do everything in their power to make us feel more comfortable. They didn't even bring us a bucket of water from somewhere else for us so we can wash up a little. 3. GNATS AND BUG BITES: The first night, I got a couple bug bites. This is to be expected once in awhile. However, the second night, both my wife and I got over 20 bites each and we couldn't sleep. They were not mosquitoes that could be easily found and killed. They were very small gnat-like insects that land on you without detection and then bite you and fly away. It was like that all night. It was miserable. Of course, we told them about it next morning, but that was when we checked out. We were already very much eaten alive. They said t

Right across the most beautiful street in Antakya, a small capacity but highly motivated staff, and my room was wonderful just as seen in the pictures. From now on I will only use such small but cute hotels.

One could see that the owner has paid particular attention to its design. The hotel is in a perfect location, clean, comfortable, safe and delightful. Both the owner Aytul and each and every member of her staff were very caring, pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond to assist us whenever we had an enquiry. The breakfast was delicious. I would most certainly recommend it and intent to stay there next time I visit Antakya. The place is, as the name states, a dream.

First of all at the hotel everyone is super helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite unique and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast is amazing too ! Which is included to room price. Also we walked everywhere in Antakya downtown. Location is perfect.

I stayed here while visiting Antakya and Hatay with family. We were able to get two rooms though had reserved just one. The property is charming and well maintained, and just a couple of minutes from the old city. All the staff were super accommodating, multi-lingual, and bent over backwards to meet our needs. The manager arranged for us to hire a great guide/driver to the main sites nearby. The chef is great and met the Antakya standards of excellent food.

Deprem sonrasi ayakta kalan tek otel bir cok zorluk yaşamalarına rağmen herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Otel temizliğine ayrı özen gösterilmekteydi. Lokasyon benim için cok önemliydi ve hiç bir zorluk yaşamadım. Bu kadar zor günlerin ardından misafirlerini en iyi şekilde ağırlayan tüm personele ve Aytül hanımın ilgisine cok teşekkür ederim. Her geldiğimde tek tercihim Lereve butik otel olacak bunu gönül rahatlıği ile söyleyebilirim..❤️

İlgili personeli, temiz odaları ve banyoları, özenle dekore edilmiş odaları ve ortak mahalleri, müthiş kahvaltısı, hoş sohbet işletme sahibi ve sayamayacağımız diğer olumlu yönleri ile zaten çok hoşumuza giden Antakya seyahatimizi çok daha güzel hale getiren butik otel.. Bir kez daha Antakya ziyaretimiz muhakkak olacak ve bu sefer otel arama sürecini yaşamayacağız, Antakya adresimiz artık belli..

Misafirperverlik ve efsane lezzetli yemekler eşliğinde tüm personelin güler yüzüyle çok etkilendiğim ve yine gitmek istediğim ender otellerden oldu. Bir de şansımıza kaldığımız gece otelde parti düzenlendi, Bize önceden bilgi verilmişti, organizasyonun güzel olacağını tahmin etmiştik ama bu kadar eğlenceli bir ortamı düşünmemiştik, eşimle birlikte balkondan izlerken bile partideymiş gibi biz de eğlendik.. harika mekan, harika ekip.. teşekkür ederiz, yine geleceğiz..
