Had the best time at Lyman Hotel in Changbai Mountain. The staff are very friendly and provided us A+++ services all through out our stay. We even had our laundry done in the hotel with no extra cost.

The location of the hotel is just great. Very convenient to arrive with taxi or leave to the Changbai Mountain entrance.
Also close to the city.
But the room was interesting. Clean, good, but: The WiFi was not working and it was known to the hotel staff, but no one ever cared about it to fix it.
The AC was not working at all. Sleeping at 26 degree was hard.
Breakfast was typical local food. Very delicious. Western breakfast we cannot recommend. The butter was already to old and could not be eaten anymore. Toaster toasted on side too hard (burned) and the other side nothing.
So, all in all a good hotel for a short stay (weekend).

LLanJiangExceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections.
Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

YYi MinCe resort est complet. Ma famille profite du séjour. Le chaud printemps est à l'intérieur du bâtiment. Il y a une petite zone de rencontre animal à côté du resort. Vous pouvez payer RMB12 pour une tasse de carotte pour nourrir les animaux. Les personnes sont amicales et utiles et, en particulier, grâce à Zou Ming, elle a aidé à renoncer à la charge de petit déjeuner de mes enfants car ils sont plus élevés que la hauteur requise. tourisme international.

SShana101Even tho we booked a windowless room, we were quite surprised how comfortable we were during our 3 nights stay here. The beds are super soft and the rooms are very spacious, comes with heater and a humidifier. The bathroom is the best with electrical hot water and a heating system. The furnitures are all very new and the place is generally quite clean
There’s free pick up and drop off services from the railway station to the hotel. As a foreigner it was still easy to contact them via trip.com internet call, and follow up via WeChat. Once at the hotel the location is great it’s within walking distance to the main food areas and 5mins walk to the bus stop (free bus!) that brings you to the Changbaishan North slope center. - remember to book your tickets in advance!
Overall will easily recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Changbaishan :)

1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal.
2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins
Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins
Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river
3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang.
4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍

L'environnement de l'hôtel est confortable et entouré d'une forêt, il a un sentiment d'hiver. Il y a également un canal vip à la montagne de Chang-Bai, c'est-à-dire le retour à changer de voiture, mais il est aussi facile de le renvoyer à l'hôtel. L'hôtel a une chaleur chaude ♨️ L'hygiène est également bonne, il vaut la peine d'essayer. À titre temporaire, j'ai changé de maison pour les parents, très large, les grandes fenêtres peuvent regarder le paysage de neige hors de la fenêtre, si belle. L'unique insuffisance de la beauté est que la chambre a beaucoup de 7 étoiles de larves 🐞 mais vous recommandez toujours de venir.

MMike123456L'hôtel est réservé au point de référence de Trip.com. Le personnel de la réception a été informé lors de l'hébergement, il a été mis à 80 pages de la suite. Le gestionnaire d'hôtel a envoyé des fruits. Il y a un petit cadeau à la sortie, ce qui a permis de remplir la valeur de la chance du voyage. L'hôtel n'est pas loin de la gare de chemin de fer. Il y a un hôtel spécial autour de lui, il y a un chaud chaud à l'hôtel, le retour de la piscine est très fatigué et lumineux. En définitive, c'est une très bonne expérience!

IInvitéLe service de l'hôtel est très bon. Lorsque l'hôtel entre dans le hall de la tête, il est très choquant. La réception de l'hôtel est une belle fille que l'une d'elles. Le service est très chaud et il faut le demander. La chambre d'hôtel est la plus grande chambre que j'ai jamais habitée. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon, Je suis venue pour la première fois avec moi pour savoir comment il est dans le temps de Changbai Mountain, quelles vêtements il faut porter et quel service de réception gratuit. J'ai organisé trois jours avant un conducteur à temps plein, en particulier le frère du conducteur nord-est qui a dit qu'il était particulièrement intéressant de dire un mot normal fluide au nord-est, Le grand frère du chauffeur est en retard et m'a consolé de ne pas attendre toujours, de m'avoir amené à manger toutes sortes de caractéristiques de la noir-est, de me donner comment échapper à la chaleur, d'une enthousiasme particulière, d'une facilité d'hôtel tout à fait confortable et d'attente à la réunion de l'année prochaine.
