Mid-levels Hot Spring Home

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

滿意的！新開業，所有的設施和用品都很新。服務周到，有專人跟單介紹和解答景區的相關問題，小王很不錯！民宿開在半山腰，地處深山老林，空氣質量好！安靜舒適，住客可以免費泡温泉。房費包含早晚兩餐，性價比很高。有自助洗衣房，很方便。但是，進出洗衣房要特別小心，容易碰頭！建議調整一下洗衣房的位置，以免成為安全隱患。推薦入住，好評叭！😄

非常完美的住宿體驗，設施衞生環境服務無可挑剔，感覺非常舒服温馨，前台小哥耐心解答，熱心建議我們入住當天下午抓緊上山看天池，幸運的我們看到了久違的天池風景；餐廳經理同樣親人般的接待，讓我們吃到了可口的飯菜，特別是大廚師的拿手鍋包肉，是我有史以來嚐到的最最正宗的味道了！同樣温泉區服務也是熱情周到，泡完皮膚滑滑解乏舒服😌超級贊👍

環境：距離景區入口很近，就在主路旁，非常方便，空氣非常好，民宿自帶温泉非常棒。 服務：非常到位，接站及時，前台服務非常周到，全面介紹酒店的各種設施和服務、特色，餐廳服務熱情、細緻。 餐飲:菜品很可口，鍋包肉口感很棒，酸甜適中，外酥裏嫩；山葯鹿肉味道不錯，鹿肉鮮軟；小菜很精緻。早餐品種、花色挺多，小米粥很棒👍🏻

住了2晚，超級推薦！ 高鐵站接送很方便，早晚餐都很豐富，因為過生日還專門做了長壽麪、送了禮品🎁 温泉很舒服，非常乾淨。 應該是離北坡最近的酒店了。 最最重要的是工作人員都超級熱情和貼心，很親切也很周到。 強烈推薦大家！

很棒！無論是接送站，還是去景區觀光都會有車接送，既方便又節省時間。前台、餐廳和温泉等接觸到的工作人員都很熱情，會細心介紹講解提供幫助，很不錯的一次體驗，為長白山之旅增加了精彩。 温泉也推薦，因為登山後真的需要好好放鬆一下的，推薦給其他需要旅行的人們。

設施：民宿是2024年春節剛剛開業的，設施很新 衞生：衞生環境很好，工作人員清掃很及時 環境：民宿在山裡，所處環境幽靜，外賣無法到達，酒店有晚餐，晚餐很豐盛，味道也很好。温泉就在民宿一樓，大小兩個湯池，很乾凈。二樓有一個小的圖書館，可以煮茶喝咖啡。三樓有一個露台，可以遠眺長白山。 服務：民宿提供接送服務，並且提供9:30前往長白山北坡集散地的VIP通道，無需再去北門遊客中心，省去了很多時間。工作人員都很熱情，服務周到。整體很滿意。
