This hotel the counter staff very friendly and helpful, because online communication problem , hotel not arrange pick up from railway station, but when we reach hotel , they give us upgraded room . The room is very comfortable. The staff also help us to book changbaishan ticket, for my handphone signal very weak can not login the app . Hotel have free Korea dress for guests to take photos,because they are good service and comfortable room we stay one more day. Thank you all staff for your kindness and friendly.

酒店位置很好，對面是一個大濕地公園，離稻米驛站步行10分鐘，離北坡檢票處步行約20分鐘。各種設施設備很新，客房乾淨清爽，USB和type-C充電口都有，馬桶自動沖水，床旁感應小夜燈、吹風機輕巧且風力充沛。還有免費的健身房和洗衣房。早餐種類很豐富，中西式早餐一應俱全，每天配置也略有變化。在服務方面也很貼心。晚上21:30-23:00餐廳開放，免費提供小米粥和紫米粥，以及蒸點、鹹菜。如果清早離開趕不上早餐（7點開餐），前台可提前備好打包。出現小問題時，工作人員快速解決很給力。很喜歡大堂裏閲覽區“竹居”的設定，在旅遊過程中讀到了喜歡的書。另外，免費接站服務的司機是和酒店合作的，服務規範，去南坡時就直接包接站的車，方便省心。

La location de l'hôtel est juste superbe. Très confortable pour arriver avec un taxi ou quitter l'entrée de la montagne Changbai. A proximité de la ville. La chambre était intéressante. Le AC n'a pas fonctionné. Le petit déjeuner était typiquement local. Très délicieux. Le petit déjeuner occidental ne peut pas être recommandé. Le beurre était déjà vieux et ne pouvait plus être mangeé. Toast à la face trop dur (brûlé) et l'autre face rien. Donc, tout à fait un bon hôtel pour un court séjour (fin de semaine).

Hotel is probably one of the closest (5mins walk) to the North Slope Distribution Centre, very near to Changbai Railway Station (car ride ~10mins). Staff are very helpful and friendly to guests needs, reliable service. Rooms are cleaned and amenities replenished daily or as requested. There is/are housekeeper on duty everyday at the lobby as well to provide transportation assistance and tour packages. Responses are very prompt from them as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay with plenty of convenient services. Definitely one of the top choices in this area.
