We had a wonderful stay at the International Exchange Centre, they kindly picked us up at the train station and took us to the hotel, driving in we were surrounded by magical colourful lights and lots of snow men and women, including a Snow Snow White and seven snow dwarfs. The staff at the hotel made every detail amazing. There is a food court near the hotel with many different cuisines and breakfast is equally varied and special. The hot springs made this hotel truly special there are about twenty individual pools filled with the special spring water and with different “flavours” including red wine, jasmine and fish, with actually swimming fish. We would like to thank the staff especially our host Da Ling Er (管家大玲儿 ）for their service and highly recommend to fellow travellers.

This was as close as a perfect getaway spot. This resort is tucked away at the foot of the attraction, making it the most convenient of spot to visit ChangBaiShan 👍🏼 regardless of the weather, there are facilities (ktv/entertainment/convenience stores, etc) that travellers can take advantage of if the weather is adverse and routes up the mountains are closed for the day. There is even a restaurant area that caters nice food, pricing might be steep to some but it is definitely delicious. The butler service is also excellent at keeping you informed of all the activities, which is not easy when they have like close to full capacity of guests during my stay, kudos to them. And last of all, I got to celebrate my anniversary with thoughtful preparations from both cleaning crew as well as the concierge! Marvellous work! 👍🏼
这次长白山之旅，最惊喜的就是选择了这家酒店！从入住到离开，每个环节都让人感到用心和舒适，来庆祝纪念日房间帮我们布置得特别有心思，必须表扬管家！及时解答各种问题，态度热情又周到，酒店内的朝鲜料理真的很正宗！虽然价格小贵，但味道确实值得，超爱米酒和茄子炒饭！包温泉和滑雪 这点很划算了 酒店外面布置的很好看！很用心！总体来说非常推荐了

due to renovation work at the initial booked hotel, was transferred to crowne plaza. staff here are extremely friendly and accepting especially 月月，李景旭，孙涵 & 郭起良. they have been really helpful, especially when we had to do late check out due to the delay from morning’s itinerary. will definitely return to this hotel if we’re coming back to Changbaishan. ❤️

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We'd like to give a special mention to our butler, 大玲儿 who greatly enhanced our experience. The VIP pass service is highly convenient for foreign visitors wishing to visit Tianchi

We had an unforgettable trip and our receptionist永萍姐姐 was a huge part of this experience. Apart from giving us timely advice so we could cut the crowd the photo support ensures we will never lose our way every step of the way.
Additional items to note:
1) you can head to the hot spring everyday
2) ATV cut off time is 2pm every day (ticket from hotel)
3) keep trying at 6pm / 630 pm everyday for tickets to go up the mountain. Any time is valid for the day entry.

Absolutely satisfied. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment. And I absolutely loved the hot spring experience. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by forest views was incredibly relaxing. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of outdoor activities. The service at the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and warm.
Especially thanks to a staff by the name of 张永萍. She was incredibly attentive and professional. From check-in to arranging the mountain tour, everything went smoothly thanks to her excellent service. It was a great experience overall, I would come back for my future stay.

The room was clean, quiet, providing a laid-back space after a day of outdoor activities. Great variety of food at the food hall. The adjacent hot spring house is a must visit if you need to soothe your body and mind. The service personnel at the hotel was polite, warm, attentive, especially, a staff by the name of 鑫鑫，she was so patient in explaining the various amenities around the hotel, and the special programs offered to the guest in relation to visiting the Changbai Mountain and its various attractions. The hotel has a separate check-in area to Changbai Mountain. I would come back for my future stay or recommend it to my friends.

Great service by 前厅部宾客经理张永萍。She surprised us with a decorated room when she knows its my girl birthday! She replied to my message promptly regardless is late night or early morning. Thanks to her, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice food selections and hotspring experience.

The hotel we booked was under renovation so they arranged for us to stay at Crowne Plaza instead. This is a review for Crowne Plaza.
First, the hotel is very beautiful with top notch facilities. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, a petting zoo, a ginseng experience hut, and swimming pool/gym.
Apart from the hardware, I was impressed by the service standards. When checking in the front desk would add your WeChat account, and check-in periodically if everything is ok. I didn't quite like the dinner hotpot (the mutton was too ***** and we didn't finish half the meal). I only mentioned it when asked by the staff on WeChat. They sent up a fruit platter that night, and comped us with sandwich/noodles the next day for lunch. Simply top-notch service recovery!
It may be a bit pricey, but you won't go wrong choosing this hotel.
