J'ai accidentellement vérifié la commande le lendemain et j'ai découvert que le service de préparation de lit était livré avec un cadeau et je l'ai demandé à la femme de ménage. 2. Le lendemain, j'ai trouvé. un Xiaoqiang dans la salle de douche. Celui-ci était OK. Comprenez qu'après tout, il est inévitable d'avoir des fleurs et des plantes dans la cour. 3. 這次攜家人入住體驗酒店套餐，感覺非常棒！高性價比，服務水準、硬件設施、配套環境在國內度假村類型酒店中都是超一流的。特別感謝客服管家小艷（黃艷）提供的一對一服務，特意在酒店前台熱情洋溢地迎接我們的入住，除了每天微信問寒問暖周到細緻地提供全方位訊息，還及時解決了我們房間裏碰到的實際問題、滿足了我們的特殊需求。酒店的中餐廳無論空間環境、菜品豐富性還是口味都是超讚，價格也比較厚道。這是一次令人心曠神怡的完美入住體驗。

Nous allons nous-mêmes, le peuple est sur la montagne, la route est plus étroite, contactez le magasin avant de prendre un véhicule. L'environnement est bon, j'ai commandé le dîner un jour avant, le goût est bon, puis j'ai ajouté des plats, j'ai commandé des produits de thé, bien que c'est bon, mais le goût après la cosmétique est bon. Il y a deux étages, le premier étage a également un bain, un minibar a une fruit et une boisson gratuits, une fête de feu à huit heures à la nuit, c'est-à-dire un film ensemble, le petit-déjeuner du matin suivant a un bon goût, c'est le temps très strict, Il faut partir à 12 heures.

I came to Anji for skydiving and found this hotel with high rating and close to my skydiving airport. My living experience was super good. The room view was nice and swimming pool was great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Also the parking lot was free of charge. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

非常棒的體驗，超預期，強烈推薦大家來玩。 首先感謝我們的管家小韓，非常給力，原本套餐裏的是1.35的雙人床我們三個大人不夠睡，就給我們升級了別墅房，超級大超級寬敞。窗外就是綠油油的景色，非常舒服。晚上還能看到景區的燈光。 房間裏小朋友的東西也很齊全，有小拖鞋，牙刷,還有小樓梯方便他們爬洗手枱和馬桶。馬桶也是智能電動的。 最讚的是酒店有接駁車直接把你送到加樂比樂園的後門，非常方便。不需要去大門人擠人，刷臉就能進。這個樂園也是超級贊，我們是5月底的週一去的，基本上沒人，玩起來超級爽。就是你想玩什麼就玩什麼，完全不用排隊，一個人玩也會幫你開，超級無敵好。這個樂園不是衹有小孩子，是更適合大人的那種。有海盜船，升降機，三個不同高度的過山車等。反而是1.1以下的小朋友基本上沒有什麼可玩的，很多項目有身高限制，我一個大人倒是玩得很盡興。漂流也蠻好玩的，上去先可以看風景，還有玻璃地板，然後再穿雨衣下去完全不會弄濕。 夏天來的話水上樂園就在景區裏。記得帶好泳衣，毛巾和洗護用品來。如果要玩那個波浪的，最好自己帶給泳圈，這裏衹有救生衣（要買的話應該也可以。）我去的時候因為人少沒有開，他們居然為了我一個人特地開了一下，非常感動。 景區裏還有表演，除了仙女飛天還有動物表演。海獅們非常可愛，表演的也很好。衹是一天四場有點辛苦了，我覺得安排兩場就夠了。其他時間可以讓遊客看看他們的自然生活，譬如在水裡玩耍，吃飯，睡覺，曬太陽等。還有那個水看上去不是太乾淨，希望景區能多維護維護動物們的居住環境。 整體來説非常值得來玩兩天，一晚有點倉促不過抓緊時間的話也可以。門票是可以無限進出的，真的很方便。

Great place for dogs, they have a lot of space to run around. We had some problems with noisy neighbors, but the staff was very helpful and offered to change the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place for light sleepers though and people looking for quiet - the room is a tent after all, with very poor noise insulation, we heard big noise similar to fireworks at 6 am and staff cutting grass at 7 am, actually just people walking by your tent can wake you up. Almost every other aspect of our stay was perfect - large comfortable bed, room design is very original, vegetable picking was fun. The hotel itself doesn’t provide dinners, but they will take you to another hotel in their buggy for dinner - Chinese food there was absolutely phenomenal, we loved it. Breakfast was ok, standard Chinese set, Western choice was only toasted bread with butter. No free coffee. Paid americano underwhelming.

民宿整體感覺非常好！整個入住過程特別愉快放心，房間的佈局也是我很喜歡的風格，是簡約清新 的那種！各類設施齊住，衞生更是細緻。名宿周圍綠竹環繞，早上起來看着人眼睛都舒服了。晴天拍照也是非常出片哈哈哈 老闆娘推薦附近還有小杭坑可以去玩特別近，拍照也非常出片！説是夏天景色更好！假期裏特別適合帶娃來度假！天氣冷了還可以圍爐煮茶！晚上大家一起在名宿燒烤簡直太愜意了哈哈哈哈，門口還有泳池，還可以露天電影，夏天再來這邊住可以愉快避暑啦！非常滿意的一次入住體驗，還會再來😊推薦推薦！！！！

Ce lieu est romantique et littéraire, vraiment très approprié pour sentir l'atmosphère, trop adapté pour se détendre. Super surprise! Le peuple est caché dans les montagnes, l'environnement est super guéri. La chambre est à la vue des montagnes, l'équipement intelligent est complet, il vit super confortable. Le patron est super enthousiasme, le petit déjeuner est super délicieux, reviens la prochaine fois! . La valeur du peuple est élevée, la chambre est propre et chaude, la fenêtre est le jardin de la chaussure. Il y a des livres dans la zone publique, une terrasse, une photo magnifique. Le service est intime, le prix est plein, puissante!

L'attitude du service est très bonne, la chambre est également très saine, l'environnement populaire est également très bon, très approprié pour les voyages parents et enfants, il y a eu des gens qui aident à prendre leurs bagages à l'arrivée.
