La gouvernante Yolanda est très bonne👍👍👍 Parlons d'abord des avantages : 1. Il n'y a rien à dire sur l'environnement d'expérience d'enregistrement. Après tout, c'est un hôtel qui a été planté depuis longtemps et qui a finalement été réalisé 2. La villa avec cour est vraiment. à recommander. La source chaude et la cour indépendante avec vue sur la montagne et chants d'oiseaux sont certainement un bon endroit pour détendre votre esprit. 3. Les huiles essentielles sont également une caractéristique majeure de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, je ne l'ai pas fait. Je ne l'achète pas en magasin. 4. Il est équipé d'une station de recharge lente Tesla et doit être loué. Parlons des défauts 1. Le service de préparation de lit n'était pas livré avec un cadeau de poupée. J'ai accidentellement vérifié la commande le lendemain et j'ai découvert que le service de préparation de lit était livré avec un cadeau et je l'ai demandé à la femme de ménage. 2. Le lendemain, j'ai trouvé. un Xiaoqiang dans la salle de douche. Celui-ci était OK. Comprenez qu'après tout, il est inévitable d'avoir des fleurs et des plantes dans la cour. 3. Il y a trop peu de bornes de recharge lente Tesla. Personnellement, je pense qu'il devrait y en avoir 4. Le petit déjeuner du restaurant chinois est tout à fait satisfaisant

Beautiful and cozy hotel with mountain view. The hotel is kind of isolated, so you will note be able to go anywhere without a car. Hotel is very new and has a very nice atmosphere for relaxing. If you arelooking for some time out, this is perfect. Hotel also has AC charging facilities (6 cables), which is extremely convenient if you here only for a weekend trip. There is a hiking route that you can take, which can also be combined with a second one a few km north and do a loop in about 3 hours. If you like star watching, you could book (need a few weeks in advance) a star gazing night at the observatory located by the water reservoir. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a weekend with a couple or small kids.

Après trois heures du 10 mai, un magasin vous contactera un jour avant de créer un service familial. Nous allons nous-mêmes, le peuple est sur la montagne, la route est plus étroite, contactez le magasin avant de prendre un véhicule. L'environnement est bon, j'ai commandé le dîner un jour avant, le goût est bon, puis j'ai ajouté des plats, j'ai commandé des produits de thé, bien que c'est bon, mais le goût après la cosmétique est bon. Il y a deux étages, le premier étage a également un bain, un minibar a une fruit et une boisson gratuits, une fête de feu à huit heures à la nuit, c'est-à-dire un film ensemble, le petit-déjeuner du matin suivant a un bon goût, c'est le temps très strict, Il faut partir à 12 heures.

I came to Anji for skydiving and found this hotel with high rating and close to my skydiving airport. My living experience was super good. The room view was nice and swimming pool was great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Also the parking lot was free of charge. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

非常棒的體驗，超預期，強烈推薦大家來玩。 首先感謝我們的管家小韓，非常給力，原本套餐裏的是1.35的雙人床我們三個大人不夠睡，就給我們升級了別墅房，超級大超級寬敞。窗外就是綠油油的景色，非常舒服。晚上還能看到景區的燈光。 房間裏小朋友的東西也很齊全，有小拖鞋，牙刷,還有小樓梯方便他們爬洗手枱和馬桶。馬桶也是智能電動的。 最讚的是酒店有接駁車直接把你送到加樂比樂園的後門，非常方便。不需要去大門人擠人，刷臉就能進。這個樂園也是超級贊，我們是5月底的週一去的，基本上沒人，玩起來超級爽。就是你想玩什麼就玩什麼，完全不用排隊，一個人玩也會幫你開，超級無敵好。這個樂園不是衹有小孩子，是更適合大人的那種。有海盜船，升降機，三個不同高度的過山車等。反而是1.1以下的小朋友基本上沒有什麼可玩的，很多項目有身高限制，我一個大人倒是玩得很盡興。漂流也蠻好玩的，上去先可以看風景，還有玻璃地板，然後再穿雨衣下去完全不會弄濕。 夏天來的話水上樂園就在景區裏。記得帶好泳衣，毛巾和洗護用品來。如果要玩那個波浪的，最好自己帶給泳圈，這裏衹有救生衣（要買的話應該也可以。）我去的時候因為人少沒有開，他們居然為了我一個人特地開了一下，非常感動。 景區裏還有表演，除了仙女飛天還有動物表演。海獅們非常可愛，表演的也很好。衹是一天四場有點辛苦了，我覺得安排兩場就夠了。其他時間可以讓遊客看看他們的自然生活，譬如在水裡玩耍，吃飯，睡覺，曬太陽等。還有那個水看上去不是太乾淨，希望景區能多維護維護動物們的居住環境。 整體來説非常值得來玩兩天，一晚有點倉促不過抓緊時間的話也可以。門票是可以無限進出的，真的很方便。

當天到的比較晚，老闆也一直耐心等待，該有的入住水果和甜品也都備着，很不錯👍 環境如圖1所示，我敢説這是附近環境及地理位置最好的一家了，望出去的風景絕佳，打開窗户就能聽到溪水的聲音（這裏不得不説一下隔音，窗户真的賊牛🐮） 圖2房間內全屋配備了智能控制，堅果的投影和萊芬的吹風機還有等等的配件設施（甚至還備了蒸汽眼罩➕耳塞！！），可以看得出老闆在裝修民宿的時候很用心，不像其他民宿追求好看不追求品質🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟早飯也很精緻，每天不同花樣～好吃 -1樓有ktv，棋牌室，桌球桌，遊戲機，抓娃娃機，還有小朋友玩的挖挖挖原地，非常適合一家子來度假遊玩。這次我們還烤烤烤了，滿滿一大桌，露台夜觀星象了，非常愜意～ 民宿附近有雲上草原（非常近），還有個寶藏水庫超級美而且沒有人非常出片！！ 開電車來的朋友也別擔心，民宿旁邊停車的地方也有充電樁（自費的哦～）超級方便，不用擔心裏程焦慮。 總之很推薦這家民宿，有機會還會再來，配置真的太舒心了

民宿設計的還是挺別具一格的 老闆娘燒的菜也很好吃，菜也很新鮮，兔子和羊可以喂，老闆娘家的三個孩子也很可愛，有禮貌有童真～跟他們相處很放鬆，整體體驗感還是挺不錯的，唯一美中不足就是碰巧趕上公區在施工，沒什麼景，不過能看得出來是有設計在的，還有個天空走廊直通外面的樹林，期待設計好之後再來看看成品是什麼樣子的。另外管家小妹妹也是有求必應服務態度很好。
