We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean, and you can really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even assisted with carrying our bags from the parking lot to our room and again during check-out, which made the experience feel extra welcoming and convenient. What stood out the most was their willingness to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, the views were absolutely amazing and added such a special touch to the whole experience. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

這次入住安吉堯珈山禾稻度假酒店體驗真的遠超預期，必須給個大大的好評！一進大門接駁車服務小哥就到了熱情的幫着拿行李，大堂感覺環境特別舒適，裝修風格簡約大氣，燈光和香氛都恰到好處，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品乾爽潔白柔軟，摸上去就知道是定期更換清洗的，連衞生間角落和玻璃水漬都處理得很乾凈，細節處能看出酒店的用心。設施方面也很齊全，智能馬桶、高速WiFi、隔音效果都很棒，晚上睡覺特別安靜。最讓我感動的是服務，前台李總和所有服務員小哥哥小姐姐全程微笑接待，辦理入住高效又貼心，還主動介紹了整個農場的情況，離店時還送了精心準備的伴手禮，真的有種被重視的感覺。總之，無論是硬件還是軟件都無可挑剔，下次來還會選這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

Il y a une piscine avec table, tennis de table, table mahjong, chambre Karaoke pour vous garder enthousiaste si vous voulez rester avec des amis. Ils étaient très pensants car ils fournissent des plumes à oreilles, des pantalons, des cremes à raser, des barbecues, etc. La situation est relativement proche du centre-ville, son calme et tranquille. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, Les membres de la famille très hospitaliers qui rassemblent ce séjour vous chattent et vous recommandent de visiter des lieux ! Leur bébé est plus beau et bien conduit ! !

J'ai été absolument ravie de l'ambiance, du service, de la propreté et de la nourriture ! Bravo ! J'avais réservé cet hôtel au hasard car les photos semblaient belles, mais finalement, c'était tellement bien ! Le paysage était encore plus beau que sur les photos. Les équipements et l'ambiance de la chambre étaient quasiment identiques à ceux de l'hôtel ! Le gel douche et le shampoing étaient tous conditionnés en petits sachets jetables, donc pas de souci d'hygiène ! La brosse à dents, le dentifrice et les chaussons étaient de meilleure qualité que ceux d'un hôtel cinq étoiles ! Les serviettes étaient stérilisées à haute température et on pouvait les sentir ! La nourriture était également très abordable ; trois plats et une soupe suffisaient pour deux personnes. Il est obligatoire de réserver à l'avance, et le directeur de l'hôtel vous rappellera quand il est l'heure de manger ! Le petit-déjeuner et le goûter sont gratuits, et ce n'est pas une arnaque ; ils sont préparés avec soin ! Il pleuvait à notre départ, et l'hôtel nous a même laissé des parapluies à la porte – une attention vraiment attentionnée ! Ils nous ont même offert des souvenirs à la fin, ce que nous avons adoré ! Même si le sentier de montagne était difficile et cahoteux, il en valait vraiment la peine. Le paysage était magnifique et l'air était incroyablement frais ! En résumé, j'ai été entièrement satisfait ! Enfin, je souhaite à l'hôtel de continuer à s'améliorer et à prospérer !

En outre, notre paquet dispose d'une heure gratuite pour un bain chaud Onsen, très bon dans un temps froid . I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Though they don’t speak much English, they went above and beyond to communicate with us via WeChat, ensuring we felt welcome and understood. They surprised us with a room upgrade and took care of every little detail—adjusting the pool temperature when they noticed it was too cold, providing Western food options, and even recommending the best local activities and restaurants. Their kindness and dedication made our trip so special. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service!

Tout d'abord, je pense que le paysage est le plus précieux. Il est habitué à la forêt de la ville, surtout pour changer d'ambiance. Je suis allé chercher plusieurs personnes sur mon téléphone portable, j'ai finalement choisi cette maison, j'ai peur de choisir le tableau de l'internet, et j'ai trouvé un bon résultat après avoir été trouvé, et je n'ai pas été déçu. Le nom de la fameuse maison est maintenant en service. Le patron de ce magasin me fait sentir encore plus chaud. Il nous a contactés un jour plus tôt, envoyé des conseils et des plats, et nous a envoyé quelques petits conseils (protection des larves, etc.) C'est une bonne idée.
