J'ai été attirée par les photos. La nouvelle chambre paraissait plus propre, principalement parce qu'elle avait été récemment rénovée. Cependant, une odeur persistait. J'ai laissé les fenêtres ouvertes tous les jours, même si elle était proche de la route et assez bruyante. Mais j'étais suffisamment fatiguée pour dormir. Le service était inexistant. Pas de ménage, pas de cintres, pas de sèche-cheveux, et pas de sachets de café ou de thé. Au début, il n'y avait pas d'eau non plus ; il fallait la demander. On était limité à deux bouteilles par jour. L'eau du robinet était impropre à la consommation car elle avait une odeur de javel, comme dans la Chine des années 1990. Il n'y avait pas de housse de couette. Après deux jours, je me suis plainte et on m'en a fourni une, mais elle n'était pas en pur coton et était chargée d'électricité statique. Quand j'ai changé de chambre, il y avait des housses de couette et quelques cintres en plastique. La chambre était équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine. La suite où j'avais séjourné initialement disposait d'ustensiles neufs, mais dans la chambre séparée, les ustensiles étaient très sales, voire non lavés. Dans l'ensemble, les installations sont plutôt bonnes. En Égypte, plus le prix est élevé, plus les choses sont chères ; disposer de telles installations est donc déjà très impressionnant. Cependant, le service est loin d'égaler celui qu'on trouve en Chine. Si vous souhaitez un meilleur service, optez pour l'hôtel cinq étoiles voisin, dont le prix varie entre 1 000 et 6 000 RMB la nuit.

Ahmed is the best staff in this hotel. The hotel is relatively new so decor is good and the air conditioning is working well. Daily cleaning of the room is not possible unless you pay extra money for the services. It takes a lot of efforts to communicate with the female staff in general (and there was one day when one cleaning woman totally moved my personal belongings for no reason, when I was out). There were 4 days when Internet wasn't working at all. I finally raised the issue via trip.com and they sent an engineer to change the wifi equipment in the rooms so Internet finally resumed.

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

My stay here was absolutely incredible, mostly thanks to Bassel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His service was truly world-class, but more than that, his warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and helpful. I’m already planning my next trip back just to stay here again. Thank you, Bassel, for making our journey so special!

We had a very good stay overall. Considering Cairo standards, the apartment was clean enough and comfortable. The neighborhood and location were excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. It’s also very close to the Nile—about a 7-minute walk. There are restaurants on boats along the river where you can enjoy a meal while taking in the view, and you can even go on a Nile cruise from the same area. Honestly, we didn’t need to take a taxi at all for dining or cafés. There’s also a really nice café right at the corner with excellent coffee—I highly recommend it. The building itself was very quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. The only noise was from traffic on the street (cars and motorbikes), which is normal and not really a downside of the apartment. The building had a security guard, and we were even able to leave our luggage with him after check-out, which made it much easier for us to explore the city before our flight. Finally, special thanks to Michael, the host. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. No matter what time we messaged him, he always responded and guided us with any questions we had.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

Pour le prix payé (plus de 100 $US la nuit) pour trois chambres, et compte tenu du fait qu'il s'agissait d'un Hilton, nous avons été extrêmement déçus. Le hall d'entrée était prometteur et le personnel très agréable. Cependant, les chambres étaient dans un état déplorable et ne semblaient pas très propres. Il y avait des couloirs étranges et des pièces aléatoires par lesquelles nous devions passer avant d'accéder à notre chambre. Le personnel, quant à lui, était formidable. Je ne peux absolument pas dire que ce soit à la hauteur des standards Hilton et j'ai été extrêmement déçu, surtout quand on sait qu'Hilton est une marque internationale.
