Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel Rivana Residence. L'emplacement était déroutant au premier abord, car il n'y avait pas de grandes enseignes. Une fois à l'intérieur, nous avons été accueillis par la réception. Nous avions un bel appartement, comme si nous étions de nouveaux occupants, voire de l'immeuble. Tout était très propre : bouilloire, micro-ondes et couverts. La chambre comprenait également un canapé et un grand bureau. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour était très agréable et si je cherche un logement près du 5e arrondissement, je le choisirais sans hésiter. Le seul point positif, c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de sachets de thé ni de café instantané. C'est généralement inclus dans la plupart des hôtels et cela aurait été un plaisir de prendre une tasse de thé le matin.

L'hôtel est relié au Terminal 3 par une passerelle, on peut y accéder directement sans sortir de l'aéroport, en traversant le parking. La chambre est grande, bien insonorisée (on entend à peine les avions décoller/atterrir), la literie est propre et le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Malheureusement, j'ai passé trop peu de temps à l'hôtel, mon vol ayant été retardé la veille, je suis arrivé vers minuit et je suis parti juste après le petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin.

Unfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well. The door was also partly broken and had to be pushed very hard to close properly. As a business traveler, I usually have breakfast early in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., however, the breakfast room was already crowded with a large group of very noisy tourists, which made the experience less pleasant. Despite these inconveniences, our stay overall was still pleasant.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

C'est à peu près la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais je vais m'en lasser après avoir mangé ce jour-là. L'hôtel est correct dans l'ensemble. La chambre est un peu petite. . C'est bien pour une personne, mais c'est un peu trop de monde pour deux personnes. Le service de la réception est franchement moyen !

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.

En gros, tout a dépassé les attentes. Il était préparé pour être un vieil hôtel, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'entretien soit particulièrement bon, ce qui a dépassé les attentes. Le prix est également très convenable. Je reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion.
