Évaluations de Crowne Plaza Crystal City-Washington, D.C., an IHG Hotel

Was in town for 2 concerts one friday night and the other all day sat. Check in was smooth due to reservations. Rooms were clean as well as hotel in general. I e stayed there before in march 23 so I knew what to expect.

This hotel is better than expected. Breakfast and amenity and all services were satisfactory.

Pros: Location! It’s so close to the Crystal City Station (3 mins walk) so you can get to the downtown or even other placed by Metro easily. Other than that, I find the airport shuttle extremely helpful as it begins as early as 4 am and I had super early flight outside of Metro’s operating hour. The shuttle runs every 30mins and very punctual. Cons: While the room is big enough, but the design and the hotel are old… The biggest downside to me is there is no complimentary bottled water in the room at all despite staying in such hotel brand…

Good location and friendly staffs.

Staff in the breakfast area were great- very kind and helpful! Location was ideal for anyone flying in/out of National Airport and being close to the metro was convenient for heading to DC.

Thank you Crowne Plaza staff for a wonderful stay Feb 2 - Feb 22. I was staying at your hotel on a business trip. The location from my actual location near the Crystal City Metro to the hotel was only a 7 minute walk. The added features Starbucks and the Veranda restaurant made the stay even more pleasant. 房間設施不不錯，衞生也還不錯，酒店附近有超市，也很方便，去卡思扣也很近，走路十分鐘左右，服務也很好

設施老舊，房間基本什麼都沒有

水晶市離國家廣場不太遠，有地鐵直達，周邊環境不錯，有個小的櫻花公園。步行10分鐘有whole food，可以在這裏解決吃飯問題。酒店裝修中規中矩，房間在這個價位算是寬敞的了，客房服務很及時，前台也很友好。樓下有個小酒吧，人氣還不錯的。有免費的接駁車，要打電話才會來接。

房間同等價位算寬敞舒適的了，前台服務禮貌。附近有一家超市，可買快餐解決吃飯問題。

酒店有一些年紀了 房間也比較老舊 入住的樓層不高 但還算安靜 沒有什麼景觀 離地鐵站走路10分鐘 離附近的超市走路8分鐘 地理位置算是不錯的 服務尚可

酒店位置絕佳 距地鐵站步行六七分鐘 去dc市中心坐藍線可以直達 但房間設施感覺一般 是非常普通的配置 早餐尚可
