Avis : Philippos Hotel

Hôtel très bien situé, le personnel charmant, néanmoins ma chambre était bruyante aucune insonorisation avec la chambre à côté. C’est bien dommage.

L'emplacement est génial, les chambres sont propres et le personnel est sympathique.

L'emplacement est idéal, presque à côté du musée de l'Acropole, à 7 minutes à pied de l'entrée de l'Acropole, à 15 minutes à pied de la place Syntagma et à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner gratuit était très bon. Bénéficiant d'un emplacement aussi pratique dans la vieille ville, cet hôtel ne pourrait pas être mieux. Je le recommande vivement !

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, mais tous les meubles et équipements sont très anciens et nécessitent une mise à jour depuis longtemps. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû éteindre les chevaux la nuit car cela faisait beaucoup de bruit. Le petit déjeuner est modeste et il y a peu d'espace. Il est impossible de garer une voiture à proximité ; les places ne peuvent être trouvées qu'à moins de 4 pâtés de maisons.

Great place and staff!

Location is excellent, near Acropolis and Plaka at a walking distance. Personnel is very kind.  We would come back.  The room was good for the price and we had all basic needs covered, including breakfast.

First of all, the hotel staff are so nice incl. receptionists, breakfast lady, room attendants, etc. They all smile at you and greet you, very polite and helpful. We also booked 1 triple room for 3 adults but they gave us 2 double rooms with the same price of course although they had to move us to ground floor the 2nd day due to some electrical defaults in one of the rooms as it was newly renovated, which didnt bother us at all. We happily moved. Also free water bottles in the fridge included, all the necessary amenities were there, no kettle to boil water or cups for hot drinks were provided in the room but if you ask them, hot water provided at the hotel reception 24/7 also free tea, coffee and hot water for all guests provided from 3-9pm! Rooms were decent sized with comfy and clean beds, daily room service, breakfast was good and plenty and included in the room price, so cant complain! More hot food options would have been nice but it was continental which still was adequate. 5/5 stars

It was a HORRIBLE experience at Philipos Hotel.. We didn't find what we expected at the hotel and the pictures are not like the reality! We booked a Twin room with a view on the Acropolis. But they gave us a VERY basic room without any service and without a view on the main street. Everything is missing in the room: Dental kit, vanity kit, slippers, etc. We told them in the first night about the issu and asked for a better room, and they said they don't have another room. In the morning of the second day, we asked them again and they said that there is no available room, then and in the evening we asked them again arguing that the room smell bad also.. Then they agreed to give us another room but it was 100% the same.. Similar to the first one. We were in room 206 and changed it to roome 208 in the second night. It And the hotel gave us another room which is 100% similar to the first room (veey small, bad small, bad view, etc). No comb, no vanity kit, no slippers We booked a room with a view in Acropolis. But they gave us a room with no street view at all and with no view on Acropolis. When we askes them several time.. They said that it waa just a picture of a room with Acropolis's view on the booking website! Stay away from this hotel!

Really good service

It’s is in a great position. Easy to walk to the acropolis and plaka. Breakfast was delicious

Very good! It’s located near the tourist spot and it provides light breakfast every day. Also, there’s even a balcony for our room!

Bad bad hotel

De ligging is perfect. Vlakbij acropolis, meyri, fijne restaurants en toch niet te druk. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Nette kamer. Dakterras ideaal om op het einde van de dag even tot rust te komen
