C'est notre premier voyage en Nouvelle-Zélande, l'hôtel est à quelques pas de l'aéroport, donc c'est pratique, le personnel est serviable, la chambre était belle et propre. Merci

Park Hyatt was exquisite! Room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a stylish, extravagant stay in Auckland.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it is incredibly convenient, especially because it’s within easy walking distance to the airport terminal. This made it perfect for a short layover or early morning flight without the stress of arranging transport. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. A solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and unbeatable airport access. I’d definitely stay here again for the convenience alone.

Overall is fine, but hotel is inflexible in making some changes just due to we booked through trip.com. I bought a room for 2 nights in a separate bookings which the second night come with breakfast while the first night does not. Due to my flight schedule, I request to swap the breakfast to first night and is being rejected. Reason being I booked in separate booking and through agency, they couldn’t do any changes about it. Well, this reason does not really sound convincing for me, because the breakfast is buffet style, is not a difficulty to add another 2 person in I guess. Yet I am not asking for free, I had paid for it.

Conveniently located next to international terminal. Bed was comfortable especially the pillow soft to sleep on. Breakfast was great.

Food quality in restaurants is disappointing with such wonderful setups in such excellent location. More quality of local signatures (nz have lots of lambs and sold huge amount of racks globally, but i can only have rump steaks here) more international quality and varitals should be prepared for international guests in mind.

we stayed there for a night before going back to Hong Kong. The hotel was really close to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended for travelers who need to have a short stay near the airport

Wonderful stay, late check-in available (~1am). Clean and comfortable temperature. Would be great if slippers and toothbrush are provided in the room.

Booked Novotel at AKL airport since it was the closest hotel. Room was fantastic and since we had a flight out the next day, saved a lot of stress of getting a shuttle bus with our bags. The room was furnished with a very comfortable bed and bathroom was huge. Even though the AKL airport runway was visible from the room, due to double pane glass windows, we did not hear sounds of jets taking off or landing. Highly recommended if staying to catch early flight out to save time and hassle

The hotel’s location was perfect for those catching early flight or late arrival. It’s about five minutes walking distance to international arrival exit. The room was spacious and furniture was modern. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food and fruits. The wifi was very slow and the booking details were not shared between the reception and the restaurant.

I stayed here on my last night in Auckland before my early morning flight back to Jakarta. My room, located on the corner of the building, had a truly stunning view that delighted me so much! I would definitely stay at the Novotel again if I ever return to Auckland and have an early morning flight to catch.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Novotel team’s service. I called twice regarding a lost item, and each time I had to wait nearly 10 minutes before anyone responded. When I finally got through, I was a little disoriented at first, but the staff member handled my inquiry very carelessly. Even after I clearly provided our room number, she got it wrong and I had to correct her multiple times. Her attitude felt inattentive and unprofessional. This experience left a very poor impression, and I will definitely not choose to stay here again.
