We stayed for 1 night, yet could have stayed for days. A very comfortable hotel with welcoming staff available at all times. Not as close to shops as thought, yet hotel across the road the food, plus bakery and some food outlets in walking distance. Full of comforts for a short stay or long.

Fantastic accommodation, first time staying here for work and i will be asking to be put up here each time now! Modern room with all the comforts of home, and super spacious too. One of the most comfortable beds i’ve ever slept in. See you next time!

Four couples stayed for two nights. Very clean rooms, large too. Huge TV. Kitchenette with microwave. Across the road is a pub and restaurant. It’s just off the main road but we could have heard a pin drop. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Tariff matches amenities. Good motel. Recommended.

There is just too many positive things I can say about this Motel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room we had was large and extremely clean. It had a wonderful kitchenette. The bed was mega comfortable. There was a nice hotel across the road with great food. Also they offer a free laundry for guests, which we used. Thank you again for the wonderful service you offer and at a reasonable price. Very happy.

Good size room but the room was very tired and badly needs money spent on it. The bathroom is very dated and run down. Wallpaper peeling off wall, tap coverings peeled off, windows that are hard to open and shut. Other little things need replacing ie the ironing board cover. Lights not working although it could be because bulb needs replacing something housekeeping should check. There were only two hangers in the wardrobe again something housekeeping should be checking and replacing. The star rating of 4 is too high, 3 at best.

Great service upon check in, provided with real milk. Very large room, modern tidy, all mod cons. Lady at reception so helpful, toying with the idea of riding around NZ next summer, and if I do will definitely stay here again.

Room a bit dingy (poor lighting) but perfectly clean. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeper gave us fresh towels and toiletries. But don’t stay here unless you have earplugs as the bar/restaurant across the road was excessively noisy both nights we stayed(Fri/Sat) until 1am

Best motel in Invercargill. Most motels in town are showing their age. Homestead still got it, however a lick of paint won’t be far away. Clean as a whistle and not far from the CBD. Plenty of parking. A stones throw from the wonderful Queens Park Gardens. Recommend.
