Avec deux amies nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans l'hôtel Stamatia. L'hôtel est super bien placé, il se trouve à moins de 3 minutes à pied de la plage, en 10 minutes à pied on a accès à plusieurs restaurants, boutiques, bars. Nous avions pris la formule tout compris , ce que je conseille car c'est vraiment top, pour une équipe de jeunes je conseille fortement car toutes les boissons sont comprises dans la formule avec et sans alcool , des snacks l'après-midi. Il y a une piscine plus deux petits bassins pour les petits , ce n'est pas très grand mais cela suffit car la mer est proche ! Je conseille à des groupes des jeunes amis, couples qui apprécient faire la fête et qui n'ont pas besoin de beaucoup de sommeil ! Pour les familles je conseille de prendre un hôtel un peu plus loins des bars pour éviter d'être réveillé par des fêtards! Bilan de la semaine : Génial , je conseille vivement cet hôtel ! Petit point négatif pour le service , il serait que les serveurs attendent que toutes les personnes aient finis leurs assiettes avant de débarrasser, car cela stresse un petit peu ! 5* review. Spectacular stay, myself and my partner has had here for 7 days. Hotel is 💯 on top of their cleaning never seen so many cleaners before all day long even in the evenings. All Staff have all been really friendly during our stay and very helpful. However the main 3 staff member that have stood out are, Panikkos, Eleni and off course the amazing Marian these 3 staff have gone above and beyond making our holiday a one to remember. Marian I'm sure ull be manager soon with the length of time you have worked here to all the hard work you put in and seeing you work every department of the hotel. Marian aim for that manager role you will be running this hotel soon if not a hotel of your own. 5* all round if and when we return to ayia Napa will for sure be booking this hotel again.

The Stamatia Hotel, Excellent!!! Very clean and the room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice too and we had a balcony overlooking the sea and town centre. We had two single beds which was a bit hard and needed a mattress topper to make the two single beds a double bed and the reception asked what type we would like and when we got back to the room everything was done. Perfect!!! The staff at the hotel are warm, welcoming and the following members of staff are amazing!!!! Mariah Josh Eleni Lefteris poolman We had a very good time staying at the Stamatia Hotel and would definitely will return in the future!

The bedroom Aircon would not go on, had to open the balcony door to make the room bareable and that meant listening to partying until 4am. Combined meant no sleep for 2 nights. Receptionist rude and accused me of lieing saying I hadn’t closed the balcony door. Obviously I did try as it’s the only way to block out the noise. Offered no compensation. Not enough Sun loungers at pool (in October) although that’s partly down to people hogging more than they need. I would personally run a policy of taking towels off unused sun beds. Good points - Pool area decent. Good location for family / boat tours. Food (Breakfast) great. Nice reception area. Parking available. Would have considered staying again if Aircon issue was resolved properly.

We had a wonderful staying at Stamatia Hotel. The hotel is very good located, few minutes of the city center, very close to the Aya Napa Limanaki port, the beach is a 3 minutes walk and the bus station is very close. You can take the bus and visit the famous blue flag beaches: Niki, Macronissos, Landa, Konos Bay, Fig Tree etc. Also Pantachou, a blue flag beach, is very close and nice. The staff was very polite and helpful, the food was good, the rooms were simple and clean and the general atmosphere was very nice. Special thanks to Marian and Mrs Eleni! We enjoyed the pool in the last day, after check out, while we were waiting for the transfer bus to the airport. We recomend this hotel, it was better than we expected for a 3 stars hotel! Thank you, Stamatia! Warm wishes from the parents, grandparents and the little twin girls from Romania❤️

The food was of the cheapest quality. Out of the whole variety in the buffet, you would be lucky to find two options with taste. Not even the water was drinkable. They would use the same draught machine used for soft drinks. There was always a taste, colour and floating dirt in the glass. There are not enough pool beds for the guests and the swimming pool is filthy.

We are currently staying in Stamatia and I must say it's a wonderful experience. Food is very good, hotel is clean and staff are very pleasent. Beach is very near the hotel. I highly recommend it, hopefully we'll visit it again

Great stay for a surprise 4 night break. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast were good and plentiful, drinks from the bar were reasonably priced. Only negatives were there is only one lift which we walked the stairs a few times, no good if you’re on a high floor as there is also no (or very little) air con in the public areas. We are early risers so managed to get sunbeds by the pool, I would say there are not enough sunbeds for size of the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would come back. It’s also in a great location
