Rooms- Arrived with my family at the hotel and got allocated 2 rooms on the 5th floor. Both rooms very tired, 1 room had a light hanging off the wall and white paint stains on a dark blue carpet, other room had writing on the walls and again paint on the carpet. Why put people in rooms like this? We asked to move and the reception said we would have to ask in the morning (not very helpful or apologetic) We then asked in the morning and reception then said we would have to ask later, we go back later to a different member of staff who said this had not been sorted, again no apology and bit of an attitude, so they moved us to the 4th floor, rooms still tired looking but better than the first ones. Air con is really good in the room and can be left on while you’re out. They provide towels, the shampoo/conditioner & body wash is all in one. Our first rooms had fridges but when we moved both of the new rooms did not. Our friends on the floor below did have a fridge, so not much consistency. Breakfast- Not nice atall, all the ‘hot’ food is cold. Both Juices are watered down, they did however have fruit, bread, a few cereals & 1 choice of pastry which was nice. Also have hot drinks which were good (coffee & tea) Pool- Pictures are seriously old, I think they cleaned the pool/pool area once maybe twice at most during our week stay. Also the back entrance (opened gate 24/7) is through the pool area so locals can come in and use it as there is no one monitoring who comes in/out. (No life guard) The pool is itself is a good size and we used it a fair bit. Staff- Half not very helpful/ didn’t really care about customer satisfaction, other half were friendly enough. The hotel is a minute walk to the beach where water sports are. Little beach cafe, also a couple of bars. Not lively nightlife if that’s what you’re looking for. However the Irish Bar (right at the back of the hotel) was lovely and we spent most nights in there, really nice staff and Karaoke 2 nights a week, would recommend. Overall would not stay again and wish we had paid more for a nicer hotel. I would say the hotel is a 2 star, however we did not pay a lot for it so what can you really expect..if you’re looking for a room to stay in that’s cheap in this particular area then I’d say it was ok.

Clean room and good atmosphere. There is safe in the room but no refrigerator. The bathroom is OK. There is room service with good prices. Only had breakfast there. Wide range of variety eggs, sausage bacon, cold cuts, cerial and fruits as well. Hot and cold beverages.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very nice and very fresh, all in all great value for the money , the rooms are big and bright with a lovely view of the pool and the sea

This is advertised as three star but it is 1 or 2 maximum. The rooms are basic, you can hear people in the rooms next door and in the corridors, and the door locks didn't make us feel secure in our rooms. The food at breakfast was bad and the evening meal which cost 14euro per person was terrible and what should have been hot was cold. The front of office staff were not friendly or helpful. We checked out after 3 nights as we didn't feel comfortable there.

Absolutely horrible.balcony railings being held on by 2 screws.cot for toddler had no matress just 2 bed pillows with a blanket over it.food disgusting had to order takeaways everyday.no entertainment which was advertised on their website (has no been removed) kids pool absolutely filthy.asked for it to be cleaned,which the guy did but still left with scum floating on top.pool bar never opened

The experience was below my expectation . Hotel staff were not trained to be friendly to the customers. Breakfast was very minimal . General cleanliness was less than average . Walkable distance from local beach which was the only good thing.
