Terrible hotel - expensive meals and don’t like bikers. Treated us with poor respect - not sure if that was because we were English or because we were bikers but we suspect the latter. Expensive hotel to have no air con or even a fan it the room.

This is the worst sleep I have had in many years of business travel. The mattress on my bed was thin and unsupportive, the sheets were man made fibres. As for the pillow it was completely ruined. After one night with less than 4hours sleep I complained and reception agreed to put new pillow and cotton sheets.... This did not happen.. The hotel is OK but a bit outdated- forgivable if you aren't sleeping on nylon sheets. Awful.

I was simply, dumbfounded. Either the requirements for a 4 star rating have gone down or this place got lucky. We didn't visit the spa area, so I can't comment on that. Breakfast was the only highlight from this hotel the only thing we found that was at all worthy of a high rating; the breakfast set up was really well done, there were several options for a wide variety of breakfast tastes, eggs were prepared fresh and the dining room staff worked quickly and efficiently. So, the rest. We checked in on Friday evening, the check in was smooth and the receptions personnel we courteous and professions. At first glimpse, the room (510) appeared ok, until until we sat on the bed. Two difference types of mattresses, one either very old or just poor quality, it literally bottomed out sitting on it. The furnishings look old and little more than just thrown together, and the bathroom motive was 60' or 70's at best, and, the electric vent was at head level in the shower. To make it better (or perhaps it was a blessing) all throughout the room and bathroom was simply horrible lighting you couldn't see to brush your hair. Friday evening we had dinner at the hotel. What can I say, the staff is not the same staff as breakfast. Could not discuss wines with any level of understanding, couldn't remember our order, brought the wrong wine, we asked for at least 10 to 15 minutes between appetizer and main course, yet it was all delivered together, the food was delivered warm and the meal was ok at best...definitely not worth the cost. We didn't eat there again and we wouldn't. But, the bar. I have been all throughout Europe, stayed in countless hotels, and the one thing that makes or breaks a hotel is the bar, more than that, the bar tenders. The Bar in this hotel looks great and appears really top end, I have to say, it looked great. But, that is where it stopped. The young lady behind the bar had simply no idea what she was doing, how to mix drinks how to tally the bill, forgot who ordered what, mixed the wrong mixes. was difficult to talk to at best, wrong glasses for different drinks, and no idea what the recipes were, she had to continue to go into a drawer on the side and read the instructions over and over for each drink. All this was one a very busy Friday and Saturday night. It was just...frustrating and a horrible reflection on the hotel management. What a shame...it had such a good write up and really a mountain of potential, it was really just a disappointing stay. Deserves one start, but gets two for the breakfast.

Superior room with balcony and kitchenette is very cosy and convenient. Staff very kind and happy to provide assistance. Spa facilities simple yet clean and easy to utilize. Location ideal for excursions throughout region.

Unser Zimmer 817 war sehr schön und relativ neu renoviert im Anbau. Warum man sich dabei für grünen hochflorigen Teppichboden entschieden hat, war aber nicht nachvollziehbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad ausreichend groß. Der Wellness Bereich war schön und ruhig, dass Schwimmbad sehr schön gestaltet. Das Abendessen (Halbpension) war in Buffetform mit 3-4 Hauptgerichten zur Auswahl. Typisch bayerische Küche, sehr gut aber nicht herausragend. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Was besser ginge wäre die Beschilderung im gesamten Hotel. Die ist nicht konsequent durchgezogen, sondern es gibt 3 verschiedene Arten der Wegweisung (alte Schrift an die Wand gemalt und sehr dilletantisch mit Geld umrandet, knallfarbige Schilder und als drittes sehr schöne Schilder in Holzoptik.) Die Schilder im Wellness Bereich sind auf gelbes Papier gedruckt, das durch die Feuchtigkeit etwas lädiert aussieht. Also noch vieles zu verbessern, aber grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Areal mit allem was man braucht.

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön. Die Zimmer zwar klein, aber hübsch eingerichtet. Der Spabereich ist sehr großzügig. Die Massagen sind so wunderbar, dass sie allen Alltagsstress wegzaubern und einen tiefenentspannt zurücklassen. Ein guter Grund wiederzukommen. Der Service im Restaurant und beim Frühstück ist dagegen die Schwäche des Hauses. Von fehlenden Getränken bis doppelter Nennung auf der Rechnung und grosse Überforderung bei glutenfreien Essen, was vorher angekündigt wurde, war alles dabei. Und in der Tat gab es auch bei uns nur eine Entschuldigung. Das ist sehr schade, denn an sich begann der Aufenthalt auch für uns mit einem leckeren Begrüßungsgetränk.

Wunderschönes Hotel und super freundliches Personal. Es gibt einen Welcome-Drink 🥂 Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und das Essen sehr gut. Parkplatz ist für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Sonst wäre es EUR 8.- pro Tag. Es gibt genügend Ladestationen für e-Autos. Unser Zimmer war nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet: Safe, Badetasche mit Bademantel und Saunatücher, gutes WLAN, grossem Balkon und einem grossen Flachbild-Fernseher. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist fantastisch. Der Pool ist schön beleuchtet und die Saunalandschaft grosszügig gestaltet.

Wir haben das Hotel lediglich als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Durchreise genutzt. Untergebracht waren wir in dem Altbau. Dieser ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alte, fleckige Teppichböden, dunkelbraunes Badezimmer. Leider hatten wir einen Regentag erwischt und mussten die Zeit größtenteils auf dem unschönen Zimmer verbringen. Die in den Bildern dargestellte Außenanlage können wir daher leider nicht bewerten. Wir waren früher angereist als gedacht. Demnach hatten wir angefragt ob wir gegen Aufpreis/Bezahlung das Frühstücksbüffet nutzen dürfen. Die Dame vom Büffet hätte dafür 80 € berechnet für 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder im Alter von 4 und 10. Dies fanden wir völlig überzogen. Für uns war es das erst und letzte mal. Hat uns nicht zugesagt.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums von Bad Aibling. Von hier aus kann man einige Unternehmungen starten. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Bad ist nicht das größte, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Dusche ist sehr gut. Die Matratzen sind super, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Der Balkon war groß und man hatte viel Platz. Es war auch hier alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und geschmacklich wie qualitativ sehr gut. Auch das Abendessen, was wir in Büffetform hatten, war sehr gut. Auch hier geschmacklich, wie qualitativ sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier kann man sich sehr wohlfühlen und genießen.
