I recently stayed at the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad for one night during a business trip, and I was quite satisfied with my experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get to my meetings, and the views of the Tigris River were a nice bonus. My room was comfortable and well-designed, featuring a spacious desk that was perfect for catching up on work. The bed was inviting, and the bathroom was clean and modern, which made for a refreshing retreat after a busy day. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a quick check-in and providing helpful recommendations for local dining options. Their attentiveness made me feel welcomed and supported during my stay. Breakfast at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. 這個酒店是一個比較老的酒店，設施都很陳舊，服務員基本都不會講英語，連前台也不會講，做事效率較低.最受不了的是水發黃，不敢用.

酒店覺得比較老，房間陳舊，牆面不乾淨。需要大修了。但地理位置不錯，出門也比較方便。巴格達總體賓館水平不高，不要期待太多。

住了3天，從沒搞過衞生 酒店早餐很難吃 展會期間去的，衹能住這個酒店，一言難盡 就酒店的外殼很氣派

I recently stayed at Palestine and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel at home right away. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, high-quality linens, and the beautiful view from the window. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy. Breakfast was a highlight — a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local specialties. The restaurant staff were friendly and made the mornings feel extra special. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to the city center but tucked away enough to provide peace and quiet. It was easy to explore nearby attractions and return to a relaxing space.
