Hôtels avec balcon à Banff

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is just 5 mins walk to the Elk hotel / Mount hotel. The front desk Rose Ann was very helpful and introduced us about the things can be done in Banff and the awesome food nearby. The room is very clean. The house keeping managed our room very well. The hotel also has a corner that provided 24 hour coffee, tea and chocolate. My friend and I also enjoyed the hot spring for 2 nights. It has been a wonderful stay in the Peaks Hotel. Will definitely recommend others to stay in Peaks if they travel to Banff !!!! :)

Great hotel ! I have Stated here many times over the years! Furthermore the owners have made great improvement in the recent renovation. Good location but poor management (that’s why I have given it a low experience rating) Hotel bar has been closed for a while but not advertised when booking! This is a ski resort and we traveled as a large group (4 rooms) with mixed age group inc teens and kids so a hotel bar is critical for us! The fact that the main bar was closed and no apré ski drinks in the bar should have been advertised. Frankly I’m on holiday and without an operational / open bar I would have booked elsewhere! I was only informed via email after the free cancellation period was up which meant I loose money if I cancel and more so will be challenged to find elsewhere! I only found out after a email from hotel a few weeks before checking! When I challenged management via email, I was informed the bar area was moved to the restaurant, I said this is not acceptable and bar closure should have been advertised on booking … was told the above, and a sorry and subsequently ignored thereafter ! Not ideal as the restaurant is not a bar - more so it was pretty weird having drinks upstairs and more so when a few folk start to come up for dinner or the restaurant starts to set up for dinner buffet. Management did offer some of my party a credit, but not me and just ignored my concern.Shame really! I don’t want to take the good positive vide away from the hotel so would like to big up 1) reception staff- always great with a smile 2) house keeping - great job 3) restaurant staff - friendly and smiley (even though difficult trying to manage a so called bar and restaurant) in the same place 4) amazing refurbed pool

L'hôtel Banff est à la hauteur de sa réputation d'établissement cher. Et comme c'était vendredi, les chambres étaient rares et les prix plus élevés, à plus de deux mille dollars la nuit ; en semaine, c'est probablement un peu plus de mille dollars. Mais il est vraiment super. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable et la douche très agréable ! C'est très important. Il y a aussi une source thermale en plein air avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes enneigées ! Bref, un hôtel digne d'Instagram.

Room was in excellent condition as was the bathroom.   Room was very large with a king bed, two large sitting chairs in front of a wood burning fireplace and a separate desk area.  Restaurant had interesting signs and was very good.  The Inn is a little far from Banff center to be able to walk there.

Le parking sous-terrain était très bien, avec peu d'espace, un parking terrible. Je recommande cet hôtel mais rejoindre le quartier et marcher si vous pouvez si vous voulez avoir un endroit pour votre véhicule.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable au Tunnel Mountain Resort à Banff. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s'est montré accueillant, chaleureux et désireux de rendre notre expérience inoubliable. L'établissement, niché au cœur des arbres, offre calme et tranquillité tout en étant à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville de Banff. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec une ambiance montagnarde rustique en parfaite harmonie avec le cadre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la cheminée : elle rendait les soirées chaleureuses et relaxantes après une journée d'exploration. La kitchenette était bien équipée, un atout appréciable pour préparer les repas. La vue depuis le complexe est époustouflante. Se réveiller au grand air de la montagne et admirer les Rocheuses juste derrière sa fenêtre a été une expérience inoubliable. Les équipements sur place, comme le bain à remous et la piscine, ont contribué à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable, surtout après de longues randonnées. Ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est l'équilibre parfait entre confort et nature. On se sentait comme dans un chalet privé en montagne, avec tout le confort d'un complexe hôtelier. Je recommande vivement le Tunnel Mountain Resort aux couples, aux familles et à tous ceux qui souhaitent une véritable escapade à Banff. C’est le mélange parfait de détente, de confort et de paysages à couper le souffle — j’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner !

L'hôtel est situé à l'arrière de la rue Banf, à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre-ville. Il y a deux modes de stationnement, vous pouvez choisir un parking gratuit ou un parking gratuit derrière l'hôtel. La chambre est très confortable, mais le lavabo est un peu bouilli, l'évacuation n'est pas si bonne. Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux. En général, c'est une bonne expérience de logement.

La chambre était petite et il fallait mieux planifier l'aménagement intérieur. Il en va de même pour la salle de bain. La chambre aurait pu être mieux éclairée… l'obscurité donne une impression sombre et comme si quelque chose était caché (comme le tapis au sol qui, selon nous, avait besoin d'un meilleur nettoyage). Le service de réception est exceptionnel et les gens là-bas sont très serviables. Ils ont également un club de fitness et un spa. Le parking est au sous-sol et est facile. Ils donnent également des billets de bus gratuits pour ceux qui veulent explorer les lieux en bus. Nous n'en avions pas besoin car nous avions notre propre voiture.

Le meilleur hôtel de Banff. Chaque meuble est soigneusement sélectionné. Très sympa, c'est comme remonter le temps dans un château médiéval On dirait que c'est le cas 😊 La chambre est petite ! C'était l'information préliminaire sur YouTube, La chambre était très spacieuse par rapport aux attentes. Des peignoirs sont également fournis. C'était la meilleure chambre 😊👌 Pour le dîner, nous sommes allés dans un endroit appelé « Randle Bar » et avons bu de la « bière ». ”Salade de crevettes” et ”Tartare de bœuf”. C'est aussi le meilleur😍 Le « porc au chili » que j'ai commandé en supplément n'était pas terrible. Je me suis levé tôt le matin et j'ai apprécié la vue sur Cascade Mountain depuis la cour. Regarder le lever du soleil. Le meilleur! ️ Pour le petit déjeuner, nous sommes allés dans un restaurant qui s'appelle ”stock” qui ouvre à 6h du matin. Un copieux sandwich « B.E.L.T. » et un café au lait C'était délicieux et j'étais rassasié. Le vol de Narita a été retardé et nous sommes arrivés à Banff vers 19h30. Le lendemain matin, la visite a commencé et nous avons quitté l'hôtel à 08h30. J'ai dû partir, donc mon séjour a été de courte durée. Quelle honte 😰 La prochaine fois, j'arriverai tôt et je resterai à l'hôtel jusqu'à la dernière minute. J'adorerais rester 👍😊

We did a little staycation in Banff from Calgary and overall had a great time. The cave pool was a big hit, but just a heads up that it’s not really a “swimming pool.” It’s more like a large cave-style hot tub. It’s shallow, and the water is fairly hot, so the kids couldn’t really swim or put their faces under the water. The cave setup is very cool though, and the adults really enjoyed it for relaxing. The dry sauna was also great. We stayed in a suite with two double beds, plus a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchenette. We were happy with the layout. The suite was clean, but it is definitely dated. One downside was the TVs. I know you don’t go to Banff to sit and watch TV, but it would be nice if they updated to smart TVs. If you’re traveling with kids, I’d suggest bringing a Fire Stick or Chromecast. Even an HDMI cable to connect a laptop would work, but make sure you download movies ahead of time because the Wi-Fi in our area was pretty spotty and the kids kept losing connection. The front desk staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made parking easy, provided bus passes, and explained local info without us having to ask a bunch of questions. We’d stay here again, and next time we’ll definitely bring something for the TV so we can do an easy movie night after a busy day.
