HHo BoboHotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease.
More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor.
This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!

The room itself was quite clean except that as soon as we entered, there were flies including fruit flies… Other than that, the room was big and warm. It had a keep safe too.
The washroom was quite small, it was hard to close the door but it worked out.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff.
The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals.
The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes.
What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort.
I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

李李家庭La location de l'hôtel est bonne avec un accès parfait à la ville. Il y a un supermarché appelé IGA qui est à environ 8 minutes de marche. La piscine du cave est étonnante qui nous donne une expérience relaxante. La chambre est spacieuse avec 2 niveaux. Le niveau supérieur est une chambre, le niveau inférieur est une salle à manger avec une petite cuisine. Cependant, le service de la chambre doit être amélioré car il n'y a pas de nettoyage pendant un jour pendant notre séjour.

IInvitéA beautiful and super convenient place to stay if you want to be close to Banff Town. We really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna - it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The family suite came with a lot of great perks: having our own kitchenette made it easy to cook meals and having two bathrooms was a big plus for four people- it made the say much more comfortable.
The only suggestion I'd make is to give the stove's ventilation hood a deep clean - it looked like it could use a bit of attention.
Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this place to others. Great value and a great stay!

RrohitsharingLa chambre était petite et il fallait mieux planifier l'aménagement intérieur. Il en va de même pour la salle de bain. La chambre aurait pu être mieux éclairée… l'obscurité donne une impression sombre et comme si quelque chose était caché (comme le tapis au sol qui, selon nous, avait besoin d'un meilleur nettoyage). Le service de réception est exceptionnel et les gens là-bas sont très serviables. Ils ont également un club de fitness et un spa. Le parking est au sous-sol et est facile. Ils donnent également des billets de bus gratuits pour ceux qui veulent explorer les lieux en bus. Nous n'en avions pas besoin car nous avions notre propre voiture.

Un parking est disponible en souterrain et en surface. Les entrées du parking souterrain sont toutes regroupées au même endroit, ce qui est un peu gênant, mais heureusement la circulation y est fluide. L'enregistrement se fait dans le bâtiment voisin. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais elles sont entièrement équipées.

Si vous aimez des lames de maïs, ce bâtiment a beaucoup de route dans ce qui prend un moment pour apprendre. Nous avons joué avec d'autres clients à ce sujet. Tout en tout, tout va bien. Nous réserverions ici.
